Call it gut but some slight feeling the protestations of "nothing to go off", although often a common sentiment among newbies, are here making an excuse to avoid getting involved in real conversation as the game gets more serious.
Good feelings on Salsabil and Radical Rat early. Kind of like kennyk also but I'm not sure if that's because of him being like a time traveler from the distant past of mafia. Mild fos on Entellian for showing up on the first page and then dipping.

i think uranus's town potential goes up from the exact log you're describing: i'm acquaintances with them since i joined the discord server they play in often about a month ago, uranus is one of the more active ones. the setup making trends there is that they're fast paced and PR heavy. largest thing is that the people there nolim nearly every d1. i appreciate uranus putting in the effort to try and wean themselves off of waiting for mechanical information, even if it just seems like they're blindly following site meta

See, I understand what you're saying, and I'm not unsympathetic to a player not used to the style trying to adjust,
but that doesn't preclude him from being mafia.
I just have a gut feeling that's the case here, at least based on what's happened so far.
of course it doesn't preclude him from being mafia, but i think it's worth showing off why i think their behavior comes more from town!uranus than scum!uranus (but i don't think i explicitly pointed it out, i think scum uranus probably doesn't go on a small tangent about having no info until night, but ultimately it's your choice to decide if i'm projecting or not)

How should I react on a vote on me on page one with no further text to it? The very first reaction was a totally bored 'Oh, someone voted me.". Than came two things (I don't recall which one first): Wait a sec, that''s from the one I randomly voted for (although my vote was at that point put elsewhere) and it's the second vote with my name tagged to it. The thought process that followed left me with revoting you.

My first newbie game over here just made it on page three. Admittedly we were very lucky. Town killed a mafia early on day one after his questionable reaction on a small bandwagon on him. The doc protected the mafia target in night one while the cop investigated the second mafia goon. The rest was a fast and easy day two mafia kill with no casualties for town. That game result is my aim for this game, too.
Well I'll recall a few of my games, we've only had 19 games with 20 happening rn
I started at Mafia 7, and played every game since except Mafia 10 and Mafia 17, both of which I hosted.
Mafia 7 had me as a vanilla townie, things were sailing until night 2 where I suggested a lot of ppl visit me, but there was a role that silenced or killed people if you go on alert and they visit you and they thought I was third party. I had a mini breakdown that night and begged for an inspection. I would have died day 2 if it weren't for a double sheriff claim. I would be killed later on by the mafia.
Mafia 11 was my first win and I was alive, tho I'd admittedly been kinda carried by a color swapper who messed with the game a lot, It was quite fun to mess everyone around. btw it was a faction game and we killed our killing role early lol, oh yeah that game was a faction game, with every faction having 3 members. I was part of the Lions with Taycamgame and LGL.
Mafia 14 was my first go as a tp. I did fairly well and nearly won but died due to PROCESS OF ELIMINATION.
Mafia 18 was my second romp as a tp and wow my tp friends were knocked off rather quickly so it was me vs town and wow did I come close. SO close.
I, again, am noting that Uranus is avoiding making any substantive comment about the game despite being asked to. I realize the conversation has steered offtopic somewhat but at this point there's a conscious effort of what he's choosing to comment on vs what he's not talking about.
@mod: Entellian didn't post for quite some time. Even with the one day timer stop a prodding might be due.
@all other players: No, I didn't ask for a prodding because I miss my fellow mafia player. And no, this was no confession of being mafia. I would never confess that. Or maybe i would in some crazy setup or as part of a really crazy plan in some situations.

Mainly because I've already discussed your point. Its day 1 and rn we are trying to see who we can vote off. I get what you mean but it aint a excuse to ignore the game just because we have nothing to go off, I literally mean that we have nothing to go off, meaning that we have very limited options in who we condemn. I understand why you are suspecting me to get whatever we can. Also note that we have a good while until day 1 ends, meaning that we have a lot of time to discuss this further.
Although you could be sussing me because I voted you but nah.
