Second: Why won't scum claim Ascetic (true or false) to avoid being checked? If false it's u7nderstandable, and if true then they get town points for the claim.
Third: You came in pretending to have solved the game. Support for the Ircher lim was growing, and you decided to switch. Feels like scum hopping off the wagon but in elaborate disguise

Let me clarify: At best, town will get a scum. At worst, town will have at least one confirmed townie Day 3. I can make it happen with my role. If I do nothing then the only confirmed townie will probably get killed off Night 2.
