I know why townies shouldnt shoot unless the goon is eliminated but lets hear it hockey, what makes you agree with shooting?
Only 2 scenarios venge should consider shooting:
1) both goons are dead and its only godfather remaining(even so accelerating the game is bad)
2) mafia have majority over town(was relevant when red mafia was alive)

A question that sometimes drives me hazy: am I or are the others crazy?
if we shoot today we go straight into limlo and if godfather gets shot, goon can hide better

Why you dont shoot when both godfather and goon are alive:
If you shoot godfather it doesn't end game
It speeds the game up, which favors scum

5-2 right now, townie gets condememd 4-2, shoots town, 3-2, still get 1 more oppurtunity to hit scum. townie DOESNT shoot today, becomes 4-2 tmr, and then you cant shoot tmr anyways if town gets condememd tmr
