Team Swap has power to confirm townies/mafia in ELO. Therefore, mechanically speaking, it's only item worth buying, as others are gimmicks/openly trash/useful only for mafia.

Spoiler: Example how it works

There's 3 people in ELO, 1 mafia, 2 town. All in different teams.

Town issues challenge to Town. Any townie in challenge can then confirm self by swapping self with player outside of challenge.

Mafia cannot do this: They forbidden from creating Town+Town challenge by swapping. Only Town can do so. Therefore Mafia can't swap self from challenge, even if they have money.

I still interrogating mod about this, but that's it.

I don’t know how likely it is we get to a scenario where this is possible
But like, we also just shouldn’t? This feels like a very easy way to gamethrow in the name of optimization.
This literally requires Town to try and go against other Town. If the capital is too limited, there won’t be any going back from this.
