I was just gonna treat Cakez as town because of our shared PT but I hadn't even gotten that far yet how dare you

this is just me but I think Town are more likely to go “hey let’s just make this hood a masonry” unprompted

Here's what bothers me with slight paranoia.

Enchant laid out a plan for coin use earlier. Whether it could have been done or not isn't relevant to this point I'm about to make.

Gamma was the one to point out the coin related flaw in the plan. I thought this was okay.

But it's weird to me that Gamma then makes a power play that conveniently grabs coins.

I say paranoia because I feel like scum wouldn't want to make the first challenge and risk accidentally getting themselves yeeted. So I'm like 25/75 here for the power play coin grab. I wanted to mention this in case I feel like I need to revisit Gamma later.

I am left in a spot where I lose my sounding board if Cakez is limmed so I'm not eager to do it. I find neighborhood PTs helpful for my scum hunting. That leaves me with limming Pooky perhaps.

I mean at what point did I say I think Pooky is scum? You're trying to make a false equivalence of my posts and I don't like it.

I think Shirou is just scum. There's no reason to assume just because I explained why I think Gamma could be town or that I don't want to lim my PT partner that it has to make Pooky scum.

This just makes sense to me. TBone was working through possible outcomes for the challenge (thinks I’m Town, doesn’t want to axe Cakez yet, that leaves Pooky as a possible person to kill but says nothing about Pooky’s alignment) and Shirou seemed to be trying to lock him into a stance which he didn’t hold, which prompted a scumread on Shirou

@gamma I guess those posts are just hitting us different.

For me the first three are all posts that I have seen coming from scum before. Some scum respond to pressure with bluster and bravado and on some level I think t-bone is kind of that sort of player so I don't think those posts are out of scum range at all even a little bit.

I guess I strong disagree on the masonry thing too, because I think that scum are more likely to want a strong working relationship for pocketing reasons and town are more likely to be trying to discern the alignment of their pt mate.

I'm inclined to take Tbone at his word and just not weight this point very highly because it seems like theres some unpleasantness in the history there that I don't really think is relevant, but I guess I think your premise for town reading it is pretty bad.

The rest of the posts seem like definitionally null to me, imo.

i think they've also already stated they wanted to form a town bloc and search for wolves in the poe, and i think their posts have reflected that. i can try to look up specific posts and stuff but i'm lazy.

i mean i could be pocketed by a town read on my slot, it certainly happens, but i think tring you was pretty big especially still doing so while arguing with you

norwee said something really scummy in the pt (asking if they could trust me after i asked them a question. it looked like scum pretending to sort instead of doing any actual sorting of my slot).

since then we've talked a little about reads and i like him a little better but i'm still confused by some things so i'm not sure where to put him at the moment
