Basically it's Vigilante which works only when they should fail.

Example: They shot Bullet. If this bullet is blocked by something and target not die from it (for example HEALED), then target unavoidable oblitirated by laser beam. If this bullet hits (and target would die if this vig bullet was real), then it doesh't work.

If they actually doused them, then they obviously can't ignite, but Pirates will rob someone and leave game. It will result in 2 arsonists vs 4 town gamestate where one townie is doused. Arsonists lose
