furtive, I'm not trying to be rude here, but I think it was an incredibly obvious cop clear to the point that scum immediately picked up on it and I think not wanting to out yourself explicitly is pretty reasonable. I feel very strongly this one is on you.
I didnt have a chance to reread dio's day2 (was going to tonight) but yeah voting in elo off of that is not great
kawaii tbh the quickhammer day2 was not super great either

If skitter and Emp are not masons then I just have a feeling they are straight up cheating. Maybe they know each other irl or something. Having this strong of a TR on a scummy player and constantly defending them is so weird to me. Like yeah I'm doing it with Dio but I know he's town lol
No, he was just that town and there was no need to flip him day1
In retrospect i gave bbt's hammer way too much of a pass

Yeah a couple things:
1) You were the mod, so you obviously never considered that Dio could have had a guilty on Kawaii.
2) The Mafia knew Kawaii was town so they were left with the only other realistic option, it makes sense that they picked up on it.
If you look at Dionysus' D2, he's clearly pushing for a Kawaii elimination as well as defending patchwork, so both were possible from my POV.
But even if they were ... hammer 1 hour into a day just cuts off discussion that could have been beneficial
Also empathice was townie and like we should jave ended on patch day1 ... unfortunately like all the bursts of activity this game happened while i wasnt around

I'm a mod but I've also been playing mafia for almost two decades. That was an inno on patch. Your reading of it is absurd.
And even if that was your reading of it: That it was a guilty on kawaii, you voting patch instead of the person who you fyopv has a guilty on them, is extremely bad.

If you had to choose 1 option, which did Dionysus seem more certain of? A) patchwork is town, B) Kawaii is scum.

They never claimed Cop, so that was just a guess which was dispelled by the 'we can never be certain' thing.
Also, Kawaii hammering Empath over patch D1 gave them partner equity.

Easily the "the person I was pushing as scum all the entire rest of this game" who they then say this about

It sounds like you aren't sure still on patchwork...my vote stays. Call me a car. (Because I'm parked).
I am quite confident. But this is mafia until the flip happens we can never be certain
I don't see any reading of that as a guilty on someone else. Patchworks alignment is not dependent on kawaii's in any way. There is no reason that kawaii being guiltied precludes patch scum.
I do think in that situation it's probably just best for the cop to just claim, but that's partially because I think it was so obvious as a pseudo claim anyway.

I didn't hammer Empath D1, BBT did, but I did feel I played badly costing town the game w/ how I played

Only innocent on patch causes an incredibly strong town read on patch. Guilty on kawaii does not cause that. You were purposefully ignoring information because you didn't want to be wrong on patch.
And again, I reiterate: In both worlds voting patch is wrong. If you think theres a guilty on kawaii why are you voting patch? If there's an innocent on patch why are you voting patch? Even if I buy your worldview that it could be a guilty on kawaii the play doesn't make much sense.
