It's hard for me to get motivated to try and team solve here having been wrong twice in a row and without it being a necessity just yet. Probably Alisae is scum because of the GuiltyLion push, that's enough for me.

can you elaborate on this? I'm not really super familiar with LLD's scum play but I have the impression that she is an extremely skilled player. it seems like your argument is ultimately "LLD is passive here and scum!LLD isn't passive" but I don't know if a single game where scum!LLD wasn't passive is enough for me to be convinced she can't be scum here

It's not so much a single game where she wasn't passive as the

reason

she is an extremely skilled player. LLD is very strong at taking control of the game. As scum, she uses this to get rid of people who are threats to her and to craft the game she needs to win. As town, she forces through her reads.

The biggest thing that makes her town here is that she's not been doing that. She got burned early and has lost the WIM town her needs to be effective. I've seen scum her literally power through aggressive attacks from her closest relationships on site, where town her is more susceptible to becoming disengaged and dropping out of the game.

I know this is kind of self meta but that's a town tell for me. The fact I'm NOT IN CONTROL OF THE GAME is a massive towntell for me.

Like, it's not that LLD couldn't disengage from the thread as scum. She could just not play. But that's not going to increase her odds of winning. She'd be shooting herself in the foot, playing opposite to her strengths, in a lobby where I'm the only one who knows that about her and she thinks I'm scum and where she knows there's late game investigation.

Something I very distinctly remembered is that on D2 Furtive was calling Bloodbot obvtown while GL was trying to attack Sheep. I think GL also attacked bloodbot for declaring board d1?
Anyway I think GL putting sheep in the fos pool but never really exploring the option could just be strategic positioning/distancing.

Now that I think about it, I don't think GL really went for Sheep on D3 either? If anything I think GL spent that day phase pretending like he was wolf hunting.

Also, normally when one (Sheep) says they want to go ISO someone they do it immediately after they posted and I feel like Sheep has never really attempted to actually go through that? Probably because he never felt like he needed to and I think the last time I saw him replace in he was more willing to try to trudge through that?

Anyway this brings us to this day phase.

Sheep declares cop to oppose me which is what I think a wolf!GL would want ideally.

Sheep also echo's GL with "I don't think GL has any points mechanically but I do think Ali is performative" which is????????????

I think they've been trying to bring up this "SCUM HAS TO BE INFORMED OF THE PLAN" angle when I don't think that's really true at all. I think he's just been using that to avoid actually contributing anything to the day phase and tbh, I don't think this slot has really been doing much of anything the whole game?

Furtive and LLD I think are likely town who have this "STD is a wolf" take but Unowen is just a wolf trying to nudge people in that direction.

I want to believe that STD here has just given it his best shot at solving and is genuinely just stuck here.

alisae - do you have any doubts at all about your wolfread on me? because if you are town this game is 100% lost and I don't see you thinking about that at all. no doubts about the fact that you townread me this entire game up until I scumread you today? no doubts about the fact that my volume is >>> most of the PL and historically every scum game I've ever played? no doubts about the fact that if furtive is town I don't even have to do anything today to begin with I can just come in and plop a vote on furtive and push that and not even put myself on anybody's radar?

like, your scumread on me seems 100% born out of survival and if you are town I would expect at least a fraction of concern about what happens if town!GL because my goal today is to ensure that you die next even if you successfully get a lim on me first
