aside from mechanically guaranteed alignments, like firebringer being scum because my role pm says vt, the only (alive) slot whose alignment you actually know for a fact if you're town is yourself. not dying goes towards wincon, no?

Your "small hood woe is me" bit included both scenarios where you lim the scum in small hood and get NKed and the scenario where you get mislimmed. Being upset about the possibility of getting mislimmed is normal but "it's bad when scum NK me and I know I'm town and we lose a townie" is silly

well that was just from a perspective of "i want to play the game". regardless of what happens you just die fairly quickly if you're in the small hood anyway so i can't really help any of it

i thought i had but apparently not

i went for krile over firebringer because firebringer had done absolutely fucking nothing at that point in time. krile's post ticked me off in a very very wrong way and it was basically all there was to go off of since the game was still basically in rvs, so if absolutely nothing else i figured that would at least advance the game state to a point where there was actual content to be talked about

firebringer did basically fuck all during d1 so there was STILL not a whole lot to go off of when bulge flipped

the reason is the same regardless of alignment: if someone is pushing you with horseshit of that caliber, and you don't point it out for what it is, it's usually your ass
