Not if we get scum today. We would be at a 4v3v1 right now. Tomorrow would be 2v2v1 or 3v2 depending on who the mafia shoots. Even at 2v2v1, we eliminate scum again, either scum shoots town or 3p, so it would end in a 1v1v1 or a 2v1. The 1v1v1 would be bad, pseudo kingmaker situation I think?

But I'm digressing. If you're town, then we're probably 5v3 with no 3p right now.

Could it be 3 scum + 1 3p? Sure, but the scumteam would have to be really packed to make the game fair. hebi's role still making a lot of sense in that matter, and we really can't know what Enchant's role is so yeah, any kind of theory ends with both of them being probably scum.
