a) me pushing more strongly than i usually do for a read was wrong and is how we got in this situation
b) nobody is going to (or should!) listen to me anyway
a) I can see why town might feel like this, but overall your particular brand of not advocating for your reads feels a bit more like scum defensiveness and “waiting to die”. (Sorry if I’m missing something) I feel like you’re not proposing any plan other than “why don’t you leave me alive a bit longer and see how you feel later?” which to me tends to come from scum.
b) If you’re town it’s up to you how much effort to put it and if you think this game is already lost I don’t blame you
If you’re town, however, we’re really gonna need your help to see it and I think I scumread your particular kind of defensiveness, so some takes *might* help me get closer to thinking you’re town.
Are you pretty sure that Aureal is scum, yes or no?

aisa wouldnt it make sense for town!fire to be less confident after skitter flipping villager
i think you're missing a step of obviously im going to effort and try to solve with whatever time you allow me to have lol im not just gonna sit here and do nothing

I feel that. If fire is not scum we're screwed in ways that are difficult to salvage (maybe salvageable but out of reach of what I can accomplish before dropping off the face of the earth in 6 hours). Even if he's scum I think Who Are The Partners is an interesting question
I am not super tunneled on fire and can be convinced to go elsewhere. My vote remaining on them is more due to laziness than conviction. With that being said I am currently leaning toward them being mafia.
yes, as i said, i think aureal is scum. i don't really see any world where she isn't
i still don't think it's mena
i don't think it's ceph but im not gonna bet the game on that sorry
my reason for clearing dunn is not 100% so idk. he's not playing
implosion i felt like was the most towny yesterday. it is possible that scum was just in a good enough position that he never felt a need to be anything but pure. but id still be really impressed
sheep i think i am predisposed to townread when he spews thoughts in the way that he has. probably would be treating as town if it weren't for the ghost of skitters past haunting me and reminding me that im supposed to suspect him
aisa/you i have generally felt were towny but the poe is feeling slim and idk maybe im still clinging to the idea that someone with influence must be scum here and it isn't just town running in circles killing each other, but im not sure
idk what was confusing about the strength of my read on aureal i thought ive been pretty clear on that
im just not gonna come in here being like "guys you know how yesterday everyone wanted to kill me and i showed up like, hey please don't kill me i really think skitter is scum? and i was wrong? well HEAR ME OUT"
fireisredsir, sheepsaysmeep, and Cephrir are the three slots that are on both miseliminations. I think it is likely that there is mafia within this pool.
I feel that Egix is getting strangely little attention for what they have in terms of content. And that leans towards them being mafia with a team that isn't pushing them.

implosion being softly down to "Just Lim fire" is like 0.01% weird to me meh
like I get it but switched sides a bit easily
skitter wanted fire gone and like I said yesterday my overall read on fire accounting for me being bad at reading fire was more-or-less-null.
I am at Aisa-fully-locktown right now. I think I am never re-evaluating on her, and if she is scum I'm willing to tank the loss. I think she has played a
ridiculously
good game if she is scum.
The point of Just Lim Fire is that if we are planning to lim fire, we might as well delay massclaim by one extra day so a VT might die when they wouldn't have. If we are massclaiming then fire would be up first so it might be okay for fire to just claim.

My ultimate feeling though is along these lines:

One advantage of flipping in {fire, skitter} is that we will definitely resolve one of them, lol. I worry that if we flip someone else we’ll just end up having collective paranoia over those two slots again tomorrow.

unless you now think that fire v skitter is tvt then I don't see why we shouldn't just stay the course.
Unless anyone is feeling strongly that fire and skitter are both town, we need to vote along these lines. Skitter has already claimed, let's be really careful of not having any more claims than nesscessary. I don't think I have the dunn votes or they'd be happening, so I'll UNVOTE: Dunn and VOTE: skitter.
ig we had a flipped town make the case of "resolve this unless you think it's tvt" so idk maybe it isn't scummy
