I'd like to take a straw poll, however, on the following question:

What are your opinions on having everyone state the

number

of questions that they were provided answers to at the beginning of the game.

I'm not asking anyone to reveal how many answers they know yet. And I'm not asking which answers anyone knows. I'm not asking what the answers are. I'm just asking your opinion on having everyone simply state the number of total answers they started with. Yes, I have reasons for asking this.

I believe you have good reason and so I agree.

Switching It Up (Day 1)

Mr. Shoals glared at the attacker. He merely scoffed in the face of the furious teacher. Mr. Shoals exploded:

“Look at what you’ve done to the room! That’s it, I’m calling the front office!”

The kid blanched at the threat. He dropped to his knees and began begging the teacher to let him finish the test. Fortunately for him, Mr. Shoals took pity on the hapless kid and let him go back to his seat while he walked outside to use the phone. Unfortunately for him, the school resource officers walked in ten minutes later with Mr. Shoals. They quickly grabbed the hapless student and pulled him outside, to the student’s utter astonishment. Mr. Shoals shouted over the student’s protests:

“Don’t worry – you’ll still finish the test. We got someone to cover for you.”

And sure enough, the window crashed open, spraying glass everywhere, and a girl jumped inside the classroom cackling. The intercom announced the arrival of the new student:

“A new student has been called in to cover another because of reported excessive and extreme behavioral problems. We suspect that psychological problems may be present, and so we have called in another student to replace him. Hopefully, this one will be saner. That is all.”

With his work done, Mr. Shoals retired to his rest.

My policy of lynching all millers (and un-nightkillable townies BTW) is in need of revision. I suppose that it might fit with the cheat theme. However. Are there differences between the miller claims?

Are there differences between the miller claims?

Natirisha claimed to be the "Druggie" in his first post. The use of drugs supposedly makes him a miller, although he's not a "bad kid."

DerHammer also claimed to be a miller in his first post, he's the "Teacher's Pet." He didn't say why this would make him a miller. His follow-up explanation is above, and has been partially countered by Electra.

Momentary Ceasefire (Day 1)

Even after Mr. Shoals fell asleep, the groups stayed quiet. No pencils were launched, and no books were rammed against each other. Each and every student was quiet. That is, except for the new arrival. She cackled insanely and shouted to the class:

"Hah ha ha! The cake! I see it! It's fake - a fraud, a quack! We are coming! They are coming! The moon is coming! A dot of blue in a sea of green! A dot of green in a sea of blue! HAH HA HA!"

I don't. I just had the chance to really read what he's been saying. No, it doesn't work when it comes right down to it. How, exactly, does it work out with a Teacher's Pet being perceived as a miller? Wait, I'll save the trouble of a response, and say that it doesn't. It's enough to, for now, warrant my vote.

Sudden Suspicion! (Day 1)

Suddenly, the girl stopped cackling. She pointed silently at a kid in black hair. And then resumed her laughter.

But the rest of the class took notice. One kid shouted out:

“Hey, that kid looks pretty shady!”

A chorus of agreement resonated throughout the classroom. The class put aside their differences and weapons, and encircled the student. The student seemed to shrink in comparison to the circle of interrogators.
