As far of my understanding of the rules, there's nothing stopping you from proposing the same people again - you just need to ultimately have a team of four people.

Yeah that'd make sense to me as well. Obviously not impossible that Mist or Charles hid but that's a problem for if this next one fails.

i'd be fine with the same group but i think it's very likely this run would fail. chances that i got an all operative team in the first go is very low.

i'd love to hear why mallow negged it as well.
