i like speculating and considering possibilities even if not super likely and pooky was speculating about possibilities regarding the meuh’s claim and that one occurred to me reading it
and that’s pretty much the extent of it
this is gonna be just like senior year, except for funner!

Broadly speaking the vast majority of players aren't the type to claim miller as mafia, it takes a specific type of bold/risky player because most players tend to play scum rather passively. Meuh doesn't really fit into that archetype in my head and I'm inclined to believe her claim, her posting afterwards reads solidly town to me and I don't see reason to doubt that. pooky is closer to the type of player I could see doing a miller gambit as scum (i.e. more like me), but I think the way he's handled it with pressuring Meuh is
fine
and I wouldn't really push him for it right now.
I also think Bell's aggression out the gate and pressure toward elle is a good look and +town for him.
I like the analysis on what mafia wouldn't do with miller claims.
Not sure if this is relevant but I recently got out of a mini normal where town had 4 millers, a cop, and a backup cop. Mafia had an informed played that knew there were 4 millers, and a miller enabler. I was mafia in that game, none of us fake claimed miller.

in theory scum!pooky could have been informed there was a miller and cleverly asked prism for a miller fake claim during pregame to orchestrate as well
this post feels off to me, it's giving me vibes of speculating about something that you know didn't happen VOTE: elle
??? i don’t think it’s likely to have happened if that’s what you’re trying to say but doesn’t seem impossible to me and two millers claims is !!!
anyway i don’t know what happened so therefore i don’t know what didn’t happen regarding the millers

i still don’t really believe either of the miller claims for what it’s worth
This is a little unclear to me: Are you scumreading the millers separately, or together, and in 148 it looks like you are saying it is unlikely that pooky is fake claiming but you still doubt them.
i've never done it before! the addon version was kind of meh to me but having official servers makes all the difference
i have BAGS i have some things AUCTIONED i am gonna mess UP westfall soon

both and neither sigh all combinations seem possible to me i was commenting on likelihood of miller not alignment
in 148 i am saying it seems unlikely scum!pooky was informed of a miller and thought ‘lemme fake claim miller real quick’ not impossible but somewhat unlikely yeah

like do you think i’ve been scummy? if everyone thinks i have we can sit here and work through on and off for however long is necessary but from my perspective it’s like, bell voting me because i process things slowly which is very well documented and unrelated to game and guiltylion voting me for ??? reasons regarding millers like does me saying ‘in theory’ really imply i’m speculating about something I have knowledge of? like am i a scums with one of the miller claims then? and pooky voting because others voted as far as i can tell

if your question is would I ever fake claim miller as mafia.
I guess my answer would be that I have fake claimed miller once before but it was after I got guilted already and I was more or less lolcat trolling and decided to make up the most ridiculous thing I could think of because it was amusing to me and we had already lost atp;

It all starts here: the canonical case in American property law.
Lodowick Post was out hunting a fox on a New York beach when it was shot and killed by his local archrival, Jesse Pierson, instead. A fierce debate ensued about who the owner of the poor departed fox's mortal remains should be, and Post took his nemesis to court demanding return of the fox. Post spent a lot of time and effort chasing after that fox and all but had it within his grasp, but Pierson was the one who actually killed it and grabbed the carcass first.
"By the pleadings it is admitted that a fox is a "wild and noxious beast." Both parties have regarded him, as the law of nations does a pirate, "hostem humani generis [enemy of mankind]," and although "de mortuis nilnisi bonum [of the dead nothing but good is to be said]" be a maxim of our profession, the memory of the deceased has not been spared."
A fiery split developed within the court about creating an outcome which would provide hunters with the right social incentives: Do we want to incentivize efficient hunters by giving it to Pierson, or reward those who expended the first significant effort like Post? Mere pursuit isn't enough, but what about a mortal wound?
Pierson v. Post is a right of passage for law students everywhere. The court's adoption of the "law of capture" would go on to have widespread ramifications when it was later extended to deciding who owned oil reservoirs underneath adjoining lands.
