That doesn't look like a legit setup to me, thus why I think in the PR claims there are scum, either whoever Luke tracked or in the millers or potentially Luke himself. Like was said we can check him now with his claimed target.

I see three worlds here:


Town!Luke saw someone going somewhere, mafia don't know what Luke saw, they have to claim their SPR with accuracy in order to mitigate counterclaim risk - something doesnt fit in the mass claim - we get somewhere.

Town!Luke didn't see anyone going anywhere and he's gambiting to force the mafia SPR if one exists to claim truthfully - smoking that player out.

Scum!Luke is blowing smoke up my ass - I dunno it feels significantly easier for him to just say he didn't find shit but I think in a mass claim we'd figure out if there's a 1v1 between Luke and some other TPR
