Not sure how that would work under normal guidelines, I don’t think you can make modifiers apply to a factional kill

Announcing can be applied to mafia goon, so target receive "You were targeted by an announcing mafia kill during the night"
Announcing Serial Killer would be "You were targeted by an announcing Serial Killer during the night" or something.
