Coming back to this also, this was one of CSF's earliest posts. She knew who her partners were at, and didn't really care about the rest. This is a complete shot in the dark, but I don't imagine that she would've put both partners in the same tier (and I'm not saying that just to save my own skin, I could still be red in this case).
