Some ideas, not necessarily in order of how confident I am about them:
NUT - crazy person
FAN - fans of celebrities sometimes get abused
MATCH - this is probably a stretch, but like, fighting is similar to abusing? And there are slanging matches, which are abuse.
REVOLUTION - even more of a stretch, but I guess you could either overthrow an abuser or they could be violent like revolutions. Uhhh idk.
FAIR - abuse is basically the opposite of fairness, I think?

And we probably have to take both STADIUM and SATURN as well (due to unlimited)

Only options I could think of for abuser are

Lock - Locking someone inside.
Oil - There has been some oil abuse cases.

I was thinking both swing and deck as “hit” synonyms, those seem the most violent to me.

Never heard of decking, swinging also sounds like a pretty big stretch but idk if more of a stretch than revolution or fair.

Sure, I can see your reasoning for nut.

I think we go nut then stadium. I think I prefer deck after that. I don’t think “abuser” is the first clue I’d give for nut and most other words, so I feel like there has to be a hitting synonym in there to justify clueing “abuser” rather than like “radical” for nut/revolution/fair.

This is a clue where I am not confident on any of the choices. I thought the verb swing would fit before I posted my guesses and then I thought it was a stretch. For oil I thought that would have been a guess because of stories about abuse where oil was being involved in but that also looks like a stretch.

If decking is a common word for physical abuse/punishment, I'm all in favor of it. Thing is, it's not a word I know.

Well I'll reiterate my question - how common/obvious is the use of the word "deck" to refer to physical abuse? Same with "Swing"
Because I simply do not know these uses, at all.
I think we have one word left from DESTINATIONS - 4 (we found Europe, Opera and Stadium) so I guess we can do saturn? Unless anyone thinks of a better destination.

lilith will have to elaborate on how common is deck referring to physical abuse because I also don't know. The verb swing is common for physical abuse but I don't know if verb also counts or not. Saturn and fair are destinations.
