and based on how I'm pretty sure town!Gob treats VCA - he'd be considering one of the counter wagons to the d1 town wagon (bingle or khaos) as scum, but they are missing from his solve

I feel like Titus and Sleepy are using bad on my wagon. Mainly sleepy using the logic and titus following. But you can ignore those two if you want.

Well here is the thing. Khaos being the wagon that died for Elements (who was town) doesn't necessarily shade Khaos as scum.
However Chell/Snivy/Naerys will 100% hit one.

I agree with that line of thinking, in fact, I think Khaos could be scum myself. However I am saying that my PoE of 3 > the Khaos read using vote count analysis.
