I kinda think if the fake cop has an inno on town and the real cop doesn't have much, then at least early on maybe it's optimal to not CC, but if they have a guilty it's optimal to CC? I haven't actually thought this through though.
And obviously later in the game the real cop would CC 100% of the time.

I've played with her a couple times. She feels less sharp here, like there's less of a drive to catch scum and win the game. I don't think this is like a definitive scumtell but it does make me uneasy about her
