Thinking inwards though I actually believe the only read that I actively did not understand at all was the read about Thom's posting reads as townie. The rest I just disagreed with outside maybe that post saying the game was already out of RVS which I felt was unsubstantiated and I definitely felt the game was very much in that state.

I wanna pick your brain about this in a hot moment, there's a few posts that I agree with you but there's these moments that are very like forced that if you're reading them by tone I feel I can get good insight on. Most notably was how they handled the joke scum claim. I feel that was pretty bad regarding "vibe", that and Katsuki's as well both are very bad and I wanna keep my eyeballs on them. Hu Tao did the claim too but I town-read them based on other things and it was by far the least "awkward" (for lack of a better term).

I hadn't thought too deeply about it but I can say I avoid pre-flip associative reads as much as I can. I don't know what to make of it just yet I just know that I didn't like it

DE did it in the very early game, it felt performative to me. Katsuki just claimed a wolf outright, same core logic. Hu Tao came in with a scum claim right out the gate and now camelCase is doing that.

Yep. My reads are generally super fluid on D1. Plus I have a theory and I think wagoning Thom will help me decide if I could be right or not. That's all I really want to say about it atm
