i just understand this less & less after reading the claims; Nea can't "fake guilty"? it gets a crazy number of false positives? so if anything ScumNea would want to focus on fakeConfirming their partners then move around the list, non?

We have mass claimed. If Neap gets a "Not VT" on a VT claim that is pretty much claiming they have a guilty.
