Neither interacts with or references the other until Naerys says gob is pushed for being gob (307)

Then Naerys proposes a ranger-me-python scumteam (361) and gob responds within 5 mins (363)

The first organic looking interaction is gob's 483 and naerys's response 489

And then 498 where gob says he doesn't know why people haven't found naerys townie.

This could be "naerys and gob coordinating a couple of interactions in the scum pt and otherwise ignoring each other for the first 480 posts"

But even if I'm wrong on Naerys, 498 feels like scum buddying?

I think gob has a point though. LG went from the top wagon to a vanity wagon this late into D1 even though they are her bottom two scumreads. I haven't had the chance to look at the case yet but I saw the readslist

I think you think I'm calling LG scummy for this. I'm not really. I think it's scummy if Naerys flips scum or if we get close to a no elimination but I've been townreading LG otherwise

1) If gob is town I cannot understand the motivation behind his interactions with Naerys (including, though it came after my last post, the point davesaz has already made about suggesting I should be voting Naerys rather than him). Even if I disregard how inorganic the near instant replies to each others reads looks (already in my above post) and look at gob in isolation, this feels like a pretty naked attempt to buddy the low activity common scumread :

This post is btw most of the reason I wanted to take my vote off naerys, bcos while I still think naerys looks really bad this has me super paranoid.

2) I don't understand the motivation behind the push on python, especially since when asked why, this was his response:

I feel like Dannflors analysis said it wel enough. For me i have sorta ruled out a lot of others, but python consistently does moves that i feel are anti-town.

i dont feel as strongly on anyone, except maybe T-bone as their is a contrast in how T-bone was talking about the V/LA stuff and how T-bone talked about everything else. Feels like scum

This doesn't look to me like an honest or organic read, it looks like gob taking an easy path to seeming involved by hard pushing someone who's been scumread by a couple other players (357, 381, 442, 452, 465), and then falling back on someone else's case when asked to back it up so he doesn't have to present an honest view of the gamestate. The second line in particular seems like he's trying to hedge what *he actually thinks* is anti-town about python's play (and I'm saying this from a position of not initially liking python's early reactiveness myself to the point where I was asking if this was alignment indicative for them).

And 3) Gut.

On the other hand Naerys's ISO just feels low content beyond 1) defending gob twice and 2) also FoSing python in 146 (she made the ranger+me+python solve after this in 361). I'd go w Naerys over no elimination but otoh the naerys wagon didn't feel like it was going anywhere fast when u consider the several scumreads on her, so I'd rather push my top SR
