I could do Cook as a compromise.

I am suppressing the urge to follow Ranger here since I'm being defended and I know that is coloring how I see these posts.

As a warning; I've rusted from not playing in months, Blitzes in years, and my system has changed since I last played. It'll take time to get the Ranger groove back; I want to try.
I'd be the first to admit I'm not sure what I'll be yet, given this is my first game back. However, the same standards always apply.

I'm not 'dug in'. I've always taken the approach of fluid reads. Within my capacities, my fluid reads have evolved by trying to see things from other perspectives more than I previously did. I'm still the casual tryhard, lazy efforting. I'm still getting into the groove of finding my instincts. The Blitz format may not be the most conductive for having honed my reconsidering, as the requirement to always be around leaves little time for me to ponder away.

I'll improve with time and get refinements faster than I am. Improvements I'm lagging behind on include having kept you on the same line as Dannflor and the exact placement of people in my readslist; I do need to improve on how much I'm updating them. However, I'd estimate I'm operating at ~90% normal capacity, give or take 5%. This is still the same Ranger overall. Maybe slightly different, still largely the same.

This is better, Dannflor.

I want to acknowledge this is closer to the level of self-reflection and considering from other perspectives you were previously lacking.

However, though I see the concern behind Ausuka, I believe Ausuka is town, in a similar way to how I saw the concern on Python but believe Python is town.

I still have my doubts on you; I just don't think it's productive to press you on them and want to acknowledge if you're town you're doing better.

I am also suppressing said urge, simply from gut re dannflor right now

But I can see anything I disagree with in rangers line of questioning dannflor

Cook would be a much better compromise than you or python

If it helps; by my estimation, I'm likely a mixture of my original Ranger self, my 2023 return Ranger self, and a little new to both. I feel I'll be my best self yet if I can get my head back into things fully; I admit I'm lagging. I may be too tired rn to critically analyze key convos like the light_ganski convo. I'm not quite reassessing and reevaluating all my reads as much as I ought to be from the new information. With time, I hope I'll get it; that's my missing 10% atm.

Can you explain your second tier some more?

Can you explain your gob read some more and if gob's posting has changed anything with the read from the page (e.g. )?

You immediately attack my vote on Gob when I voted them, Dann then calls me scum(and makes an associative so loosely goosey with light, who is also on the Gob wagon).

Even Ranger is questioning Light, and specifically her read on gob(even though she is still on the wagon.....I think).

So ya, lowkey and not so lowkey, you, Dann, and Ranger are defending gob.

So, why?

Reads + notes;
{UsesPython, Naerys}
{JacksonVirgo}
{T-Bone}
{Doctor Drew, Save the Dragons}
{davesaz}
{light_ganski}
{gob}
{Cook}
{Black}
{Dannflor}

T-Bone; gut says town, although I've not given the care I need to.
Drew; stale read, need to reconsider. Getting static, nothing bad nor good.
STD: stale read, need to reconsider.
davesaz; ambivalent vibes, still lean town. Hard to say.
gob; ambivalent vibes, no longer scumread.
light_ganski; still good posts, yet gut deepscum vibes remain.
Black; doubting read, not sure how much.

What's your definition of immediately?
I voted gob after you, then switched to Python, didn't like that wagon given its composition and went to T-bone I think?
Some time later I decided to check if you had a position on gob before you voted.
I suppose it's plausible you might think of all that as a short time if you weren't here for it, but if you look at timestamps it was clearly not immediate, not to mention I even voted with you before rethinking...

Probably because I am a polarizing player. They all understand me a bit (i think) and are (rightfully, in my opinion, but obviously yours differs since i think you know me too) calling me town.

People like light havent played with me before, to my knowledge.

Anyway, i think we need to decide on who the limmer is today. I feel like town has decent control of this game so far, so we shouldn't lose that with a CFD wagon. We don't need that at this point.

pedit:
Ranger, anything i can do to elevate your read of me to a townread Plus voting python w/ me?

I think your read on Dannflor is off. Dannflor basically left usual scum range with an early case on someone (here it was Python). This is pretty unusual for Dannflor's scumgame so early. I guess cause its blitz it's forcing a new strat but whatever, cant account for everything). Furthermore, the fact Dannflor jumped off the Python wagon and is only now rejoining feels like towny re-thinking energy to me.

ppedit: A post all about me. :oops:

Ranger's read list is more what I would deem natural looking, first thoughts is that I don't like ganski as a comparison with that
