i already explained why its extremely silly to consider my slot scum after how d1 went down, as I was a major catalyst to rogue getting killed in the first place - where if I am scum, I let a town v town wagon dissipate to kill my own scum partner in the last 24 hours of the day for no possible gain, but possibly being caught by an investigative.

If your D1 actions make it silly to consider you scum then it would absolutely make sense for you to do them as scum

Fuck. Maybe it is Margot. Her play in this game feels different than 7p Wilson that just ended. There she was less sure about things, more wishy washy and uncertain. Here she seems to be taking firm stances and she seems way more confident in her reads

Ok, initial thoughts are that the solve is in Black or HPE (one of the two, not both), TL1R and Shadow.

Ausuka is easy Town Lock and Koba's play seems too natural to me. It's been a while, and I'm rusty as hell with a bad streak thus far in the return, so take it all with a grain of salt, and I'll do another reread later today

Rogues is completely absent from Margot's ISO except for this early solve and the hammer

In response to the finger pointing, I don't know what you all want from me lol. I came in to a game late, I was recovering from, and then relapsed back into, a health downswing, and d1 is my least favourite part of mafia because it's all just people swinging into the dark going off absolutely nothing whatsoever other than 'vibes', all of which meant I wasn't particularly keen to duck back into a game where everyone was posting off high emotions, and felt justified sitting on high horses and supreme confidence on reads based on negligible information.

The Ausuka read was a vibes thing, I thought it was a good read, I don't know what to tell you.

idt the reason margot voted ausuka is inherently suspicious bc it was clearly self pres (its not for oneself to project on someone else what they would do in that situation - unless ausuka had been claimed it doesn't matter) - but the rest of the stuff is eye raising , and I have yet to seen the work I was expecting from town!Margot in a scenario like this.

I actually didn't think about the self-preservation angle. That's a decent point. Considering the strength of her Ausuka read I feel like it could have made sense for town!her to put Rogues at 2 votes there. I don't know that I'd consider "putting at E-1" to be "trying to save." I get that it was a self-preservation vote, but based on your professed strength of Ausuka townread, and your claimed belief that she was a mason, I think you should have either taken the L or attempted to swing onto someone else.

Yep. I already mentioned this but when Margot voted for Ausuka there was already support for a Rogues wagon. Rogues was in Margot's solve. The natural town reaction would have been to vote Rogues and encourage others to join instead of immediately defaulting to her top townread and someone she thinks is a Mason, the most important town role in the game. It's not like Margot would have been pulling Rogues's name out of nowhere either. There was already one vote there and other people had expressed scumreads on them. Margot could have put the wagon to 2, one behind herself and Ausuka, and waited to see if that got any traction. Instead she tried to kill the Mason
