I realise that. But you have higher odds of success on someone you think will die, right? trying to hit a scum when you don't even know who they are, let alone who will make the nightkill, seems like a lot more guesswork

Tbh i've never had the role but i absolutely would be more comfortable blocking scum actions rather than potentially messing with town

i think honestly it's reasonable for hu tao to be suspicious of Jv's behaviour, i especially think this wouldn't really bar her for claiming a JK on luca since it was JV pressing her, even if she was scum and suspecting some town power was hidden, Luca didn't really look to be acting like a PR

I myself thought Luca was a power role, at least before the mass claim. The fact that Luca made sure he went last would be safest to not leak a useful power role and gather as much information as possible
