Klick can you enlighten me on your Hu Tao vote? Was it just random? It feels like your vote started a bit of a trend. Or is literally everyone’s vote right now just random?

There's a few complicated things going into why I want my vote on Hu Tao at the minute that I think would do more harm than good to go into detail about right now. But a good summary of my suspicion there at this point is that I think Hu Tao is more focused on selling herself as genuine than she is on really finding town and scum.

Dann started it. I viewed Dann's approach to RN's entry as having questionable utility as an actual scumtell for RN, but it did serve as a good conversation starter. I don't know if scum!Dann would go this far, not enough data to say one way or the other. I think town!Dann would try to kick things off this way. Net, it seems somewhat more likely to be town than scum.

Political Clout's vote in 18 seems reasonable, though not especially strong and it's hard to read much in that early anyway. The unvote in 89 looks like a townie reaction.

Psyche 46 (along with 45 and 47) makes me think stream of consciousness, but the vote in 48 doesn't look like it's grounded in an actual scumread. This vote could be scum catching a train.

Hu Tao in 54 isn't serious at all. This could also be scum, and with how it looks I totally understand Naery's thought that scum want to run up town early to get claims especially in complex games.

geraintm's vote in 70 and comment in 71 feels very RVS-catchup + joke. This one is a lot less pingy than Psyche and Hu Tao.

It's entirely possible that these are all town, as it was still early enough that it could all be mostly joke driven. Scum aren't the only ones who need big wagons, town need them too to see who resists.

Different things. I agree he shouldn't have done that on e-2 3 pages in. But in the last game I was in with him, i was hammered on page 3. So I get his reasoning for doing so if he felt the need to. Also Naerys was also in that game which is why her reasoning makes 0 sense

Well if town thinks I'm scum better for them to see I'm town and just vote out my scumread after. Last time Naerys was scum and I was town I literally had to beg for 3 pages for town to eliminate Naerys after I flipped town.

Hu Tao looks much worse, that slot is untrustworthy. Starting with her is less risky than limming potential useful town PR but also her flip gets plenty of useful info.
