I think RN is on the right track with Naerys. The questions have wrong timings (asking about the order of things where the actual order was different than stated in the question), and I can't tell if that is on purpose or not, but Naerys' reactions seem evasive in either case.

I'd be wary of ruling certain people out based on something like this, and Hu Tao is in that group.

Re: NotAScum, I don't know how to separate new scum and new town with such a short iso. Sure, pulling out the wiki on self voting is sketchy but I don't see why scum (with possible mentors as partners) would do that more than town without.

That said, Hu Tao + NotAScum could be distancing. I think HT called NAS scum off a single post and failed to adequately explain why later, and weak mutual scumreads is a common distancing mode.
