It feels like there is a disconnect here. You like Ranger's list which I'm assuming means Lap is your #1 suspect too, but you were afraid of him being at e-1 because you don't want him to claim, and you don't want him to claim because he might be town? Am I understanding that correctly
Also I'm not sure why you're mentioning the social experiment here? It feels like you're trying to justify unvoting for Lap. What is the experiment and how big of a factor was it in your vote?

Nope, my top suspect is probably still Ranger. I never claimed that Lap was my top scumvote, but I can understand why someone would put him up there. Basically I’ll let people differ in reads unless it seems wayyy out.

Yes, it's content lurking. Shift a few people up and down each page to look like you're active while making sure people you're pushing end up at the bottom. Never have to say any reasons until someone pushes back. Throw in that appeal to authority at the start and you've got a recipe to trivially look town and coast.
