Okay but really it's killing me inside that I can't do actual like, hard work of sorting but my spoons level is approximately 1, and that one is currently being used to shovel plain Rice Krispies into my mouth so I don't starve to death.
I really hope that the half of the thread who hasn't really been here comes back. Did Marisa just flake? Did they get prodded? I wonder.
Firstly, it's really weird to me that a wagon on me has not materialized past a sample size or two players despite nearly everyone having me in their scum pool as third or fourth place.
Especially when my only defender has little to zero thread presence on a given 24 hour cycle.
Secondly, it's extra super duper duper weird that several slots all seem to have gone dark at the same time. It's extremely reminiscent of scenarios I've seen before where you have one experienced mafia player stuck in a mafia pt with two newbies who need to be reassured and pushed with both hands into the thread to go actually post because they're doing the scum-deer in headlights thing. But I'm not sure that anon games would have that same sort of interaction that you'd see in a traditional setup with mains.
Thirdly I am scared with how much I am nodding along to the tenshi posts because I have recently seen players "step up" their social skills and posting right when they started having to to avoid suspicions and get away with it for a cycle or two.
Usually when you get this level of social talking between the same six to seven people, they're either all town and the game is won by sorting by alignment, or there's at least two mafia mixing it up. Usually not just one. Or three.
I realize this is a broad generalization but it's true IME.
Fourthly independently of the reasons various players have stated for their reads on Ichi, I find myself very confused as to how many "noob" tells they seem to be dropping despite as I mentioned before that they coke off as at least moderately experienced.
Like, it's pretty common knowledge that 7/2 translates to 10/3 in mini games unless there's some real bullshit in place like multiball and the win condition clearly prohibits that.
It's like they're manufactured but at the same time not. And it confuses me greatly.
We’re on the same page there
It’s been tricky to sort between confirmation bias on people I think are town and looking at players that are sowing divisions and trying to figure out if it’s just their opinions and paranoia or they’re just trying to prevent the town finding each other.
The bunny seems to keep slinking into the foreground and I'm not sure if that's a my perception problem or an actually intentional positioning scumplay.
I feel like a lot of the issues people have with me this game are because the way I approach mafia is a touch unorthodox and I'm doing my best to be high energy and not bitch and moan about it but it's incredibly infuriating under the surface to be told that your thoughts process about certain specific scumtells you've developed that are written in your own blood(losses) are invalid and therefore fake.
