Scum can't multitask. There was no night kill do scum likely assumed they were role blocked. So I'm assuming the scum that made the night kill claimed role blocker. Because if not, the actual town roleblocker could out both scums by result and cc. So because of all this. I think goon made a kill and mafia PR would use whatever PR they have. That's why i think if anything Blackstar would be the goon
