And also this, because I don't think scum voting to put a town on E-2 is unheard of, so I'm not sure why Hu Tao is +town on this.

This assumes that I am confirmed town (well I am to my self and this is my analysis) so take it with a grain of salt.
If I assume that Eiralox E-2 was all-town, then that means all of GIF, Firebringer, HEM, Hu Tao, and KJQ are all town. That leaves Jackson and Luka, and they were both out of Umlaut wagon. I find it very hard to believe that both scum would not jump on the last minute wagon on town.

I didn’t think Eira was bad so I didn’t vote there. I didn’t think GIF was likely to get votes but I preferred him over Eira. My other option was Umlaut and I felt it would be the only viable wagon outside of JV which I chickened out of. That’s why I chose to vote Umlaut over Eira and GIF (and JV) at the end.

Got rid of two vanity wagons that only now-confirmed-towns were voting.

There is non-zero chance that this wagon could be all town. But I still don't see it likely because if the major wagon was all-town at the time, that means both scum [KJQ, Luka] were just chasing vanity stuff. IIRC Eiralox was kinda hot topic so it would be weird if both scum would kinda ignore that, right?
