my role effect changes based on whether i get voted during a day phase, that is why I started D1 self voting, I didn't think to ask whether self voting counts

I think it's a little suspicious (not of you, of AniX and the setup) that you got an alignment related statement for the death miller

What ever the answer is, its weird.

Because, yeah, our pm says any circumstance that would reveal our "alignment" would appear admin, and not "win con"

But then we were told that our flip would show the admin win con, so lying about the win con is in play for the flip portion. So if you were to have asked me in advance, I would have said that a win con reveal would say we have the admin win con.
