Though OP is starting to look like someone we should consider, as he seems to be the only one really pushing the whole lynch emp today thing.

I was one of the first people who started pushing the Emp wagon if not the first; however I'm on the fence about the whole "don't lynch his role" argument.

I think he's a better D1 lynch target than Neko.

I need to go back through the thread and reread the arguments for and against lynching him based on a power role and see if I can draw my own conclusion.

After this comment I really want neko lynched. If he's scum, hohum is probably one as well.

Hmm... Korts, you have a good point there. That comment does seem like he is trying to deflect attention from neko more than actually having a legit reason to suspect OP. That on top of Neko's lack of activity makes me really want to consider a Neko lynch now. Infact, considering this and Admiral's post.

@Admiral: Personally, right now I feel that a person keeping the same role this early is a bad thing. If you do swap someone, swap a role you fear possible scum will get tomorrow a opposed to swapping in order for you to keep a role. It is far more valuable that way. SO if you really think emp may be scum swap yourself with say....my role. Infact that ay be the best move as I do not feel we should axe the role swap blocker yet and I don't want EMP on it, which would happen if you did opt to keep your role.

I fail to see how you can draw this conclusion based on what I said. I didn't say he wasn't a lynch target, and I'm not defending his actions. I'm saying that empking is a FAR BETTER lynch target.

So? That means just because you have said your opinion that means you can't contribute in other ways like questioning? Surely you have had more opinions since post 506, which BTW is when you voted Seraphim/hohum. The only other posts that I see is you saying you will post soon asking Xtoxm his thoughts on who he thinks is scum. Granted the latter is some contribution, but is still seems as if you are coasting.

Shanba- partially, yes. You seem as though you'd like to believe I'm scum, as you felt strongly so early on, but you've been increasingly conflicted. I get the impression that you are comfortable voting me mostly because you'd be rid of the PGO.


I would say, however, I'm more worried about those that are solely using this line of reason to support my lynch.

To this, and also responding to Tan, I'd say that if you're vote on me boils down to some poor play and choosing a weak role, I would ask you to ask yourself why my lynch is preferable to xtoxm's, for example, who has really contributed nothing, even actively lurking.

Just a note: my last post was not to say that I'm giving up. I don't intend to let y'all lynch me easily, and I hope it will become apparent who's just tagging along for the easy ride. Also, maybe I'm not always able to post 5 times a day, or even once a day, but when I do post, I at least try to make it worth it.

I can't lynch that. You are, though, only partially correct. I am determined not to let the Empking wagon end in a lynch. No matter what else happens, lynching him is not at all beneficial to us. EVEN IF he were scum, it would b rather like a cop outing himself day 1 to catch a scum: we trade the cop for the scum. Except worse, since scum would have the opportunity to pick off

Today isn't about scumhunting, it's about killing a useless role.

Now why would you say that? You should always be scumhunting. No matter if it is D1 or D5. There may be useless roles, but to say that a player should be lynched based solely on his role's usefulness is just as bad as not lynching obvscum when they are on a good role. In fact, this may almost be worse, as this could be an excuse to lynch a good player who just happens to be on a less useful role.
