With the VT claim, I don't think we should lynch anybody besides you today, qwints. I don't think scum would claim VT, but we can't very well go onto a third person and risk outing a PR.

VT is wifom, but I believe it is preferable for scum to claim powerrole: VT's are just easily lynched. I think GIEFF, you should never lynch someone you think town, that is just doing it the wrong way. It helps scum. So if you have a scummy feeling from BB, you should question him. If you couldn't stop lynching qwints anyway, asking for a claim was a joke.

I'm not happy with qwints his play. Guess that in the end, finally our target was found, but seen the whole game, something is weird. When did qwints really get in the picture? Just before deadline. But again the question: what can stop us?

At least this is better then a Panzer lynch.

Gieff, there's a middle path in which if we think Qwints is reasonably town, we could vote for no-lynch, though that may be worse than a vanilla lynch.

At the very least, we aren't risking a power role with Qwints, and I still think he's been very opportunistic in his votes, and hasn't been accountable for his actions. To be honest, this is the first time I've ever been in a game with a claim before lynch (not counting a marathon game, but I feel those are significantly different than long games). I'm still thinking through our options, I'm not sure what our best course of action is.

We're also waiting on a replacement for Militant, and Dour and Ting have yet to seriously weigh in on the subject. It's been quiet for a few days here, but we are really close to deadline. Their input is paramount.

The only thing making me think Panzer still isn't the ideal lynch is the claim. However, we can't lynch someone who claims Cop and isn't getting counter-claimed, and lynching a claimed VT is better than a no-lynch (since there's a chance the VT claim could be a lie) and there's no momentum on any of my suspects at the moment.

I'm ashamed to admit I've pretty much reverted to straight-up bandwagonning in the last half of this Day, mostly because I haven't kept up with this game's posting pace since my day job went berserk.

I have a scummy feeling from both qwints and B_B. qwints claiming VT lessened it somewhat, but not enough for me to think he's town, and not enough for me to want to switch to B_B, as the greater likelihood B_B is scum (relative to qwints) is not enough to offset the potential to out a PR.

Day one is just not the time. We don't know as much as we will day 2. It is just not a good call to make now, and I don't understand why you keep asking for a panzer-lynch.

I wholeheartedly agree that this is a bad time to question an uncountered Cop claim, but I didn't read Goat's post as him asking for the lynch. He seemed like he was just noting the unquestionning nature of everyone to the claim itself, and I happen to agree with that thought to an extent. Not lynching the claimed Cop is correct play, but questioning the claim is as well... especially considering Panzer has been near the top of many many players' lists all Day.

BB, I am re-iterating my position that mykonian is scum, which has not changed. I've thought mykonian was scum for a while now, but there was no support for his lynch, so I haven't pursued it so that we get a good lynch out before the deadline(Zilla was the only other on the psuedo-wagon).

mykonian slipped when he assumed Panzer's cop-claim was valid (before everyone had a chance to CC), and he's trying to stifle discussion about the possibility and un-CC'd cop claim could be scum. He doesn't just disagree, he's trying to end the discussion.
