You mean OMGUS. I'm sure its an easy mistake to make.
Ah, quite clever. You voted for me first knowing that I would vote for you, thus making me look like I'm omgusing. Nice try, but not enough. Geez, lately you have some strange bizarre fixation with me, Emp. Sorry, but I don't want anything to do with stalkers, you perv. ;)

That's the weak part. Now you're stronger.

Also, a mass claim so early in the game is never a good idea. Scum can easily fake, so there's no point in there. It would only leave PR exposed to a NK.

Maybe in following days a mass claim would serve us, but right now it only creates easy targets for NK. Tajo, if you didn't want a mrc, why did you propose it?

Because claiming Mario is likely claiming scum. Why would anyone try to claim scum? For me, is that he doesn't know that.

Because it made me think he didn't know that Mario is scum.

And wait, what a big slip Zwet.

Sorry, Gorrad, but in a previous Rebels in the Palace setup I started playing, the uninformed majority were town. And as this game follows a similar logic, I don't see the point in your logic.

Exactly. The town will always (or well, who knows, so let's say usually) be the uninformed majority. The flavour has nothing to do with this. However, I want to believe for now that Gorrad really thought that he was one of the bad guys. In the other hand, Zwet's slip is just too big to ignore. However, taking into account the item list the mod posted, there's also a chance that he belongs to a third party, thus why the surprise. One way or another, I'm happy with my vote.

Yeah, how so Zwet?

@Surye: So, I'm scum because I voted for zwet, after he slipped like that? Sorry, I do find suspicious his slip (the slip that he didn't know alignment of bowser army), but after a long thought, I'm thinking that zwet is not likely scum but third party. One way or another, I don't think he knew who the town was, hence he's not town.

Truly, tajo, with your question you make me think that you didn't know for sure who the town is. If you knew that town is bowser army, you wouldn't have asked about a Mario claim.

The item idea seems good. However, there are some points we should consider it first. Wouldn't doing that give more information to the already-informed minority? And, what about players like Ace (not that I fully believe him, but that's a possibility) that don't know about the items? Or the third party players? Also, what gives us the security that the mafia doesn't know how our items operate?

I want us to consider these, and others I haven't pointed out, issues about the item claim, because we might end up giving more aid than problems to scum.

Now that I think about this, I find it to be a not so good idea. If we assume as true that some roles can't buy items, we will assume that the ones that can are more powerful. By claiming who can and who can't, we're just giving the mafia a pretty good list of who they should kill at nights. Sorry, but I'm not finding that a very smart thing to do.

Sorry. But seriously, claiming items is like a weak (but still useful for mafia) rolefishing.

This game has 17 players, and the few last pages discussion has been dominated by only a few of us. Come on, people! Stop lurking. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think it's wise to item claim, when it may create a good NK list for mafia?

Oh, no. I wasn't requesting a prodding. Just saying that in last pages of discussion have been dominated by only a few of us, and that some players have not yet posted their opinions on this matter.

Actually Im not a powerful role but I still can buy items.

for making weak assumptions and comploting against a very good plan.

Ok, you might be right that the items are not only for the powerful roles. But, you're missing something: wanting to people to say if they can't buy items is wanting to give the mafia a list of less power and hence less of a threat players?

Saying who can use and who can't use items just creates a list to the scum of who NOT to kill during nights, as they, likely, represent less of a threat than those players that can actually use items.

Ah, I still think that it's not such of a good idea after all. There must be another way we can confirm town without giving mafia more info than they already have.

Seriously, as I said before, giving more info to the already informed minority is a terrible idea. It's like giving them more weapons to kill us.
