Some thoughts during the night...

Do you guys think role-piece relationships would stay the same? For example (and this is just me making stuff up), if one Knight were a Roleblocker, would that make all Knights roleblockers? Would it make both Knights roleblockers? Would each color get one Roleblocker Knight and one Cop Knight?

Also, if there are 16 Pawns, and a Pawn is a townie (and it looks to be that way so far), wouldn't it make sense for the Mafia to be hidden in the ranks of the pawns? It would make a game with half the town being powerless, which is why I think the scum are pawns. My original theory was that the kings were the Godfathers, but that theory was shot down (pun intended).

Actually, I would find that the Queens would be more Godfather like, only cause they have more power .. of course pawns could be mafia too I suppose. We won't know really until we some evidence of it I suppose.

No, I don't think that the queens would be god fathers. I don't think queens would be in a mafia group, serial killers, maybe, but not in a mafia GROUP. Unless, of course, its 2 pawns and the queen, that was the mafia. Yes, and the queen has another night action, and when that queen dies, one of the pawns get promoted. Hm..

Maybe the queen is a serial killer. Or...

Well, 4 kills is an even number, so I'd assume from that information that our scum are divided by colour. I don't think it's likely that any vigilantes killed last night -- at least not 2 of them. So we have 4 scum groups. Maybe some SKs? Nothing necessarily suggests itself in terms of scum distribution.

Besides knowing how many scum there are -- which should become clear once we get one or two -- I don't see much point in speculating on what each chess piece role does at present.

Well, I read it as being he was a cop with a result. I've seen the way IS plays in other games and when he doesn't have anything, he doesn't infer that he has a result when he doesn't.

Since we still have a good chance for a kill to be positive for us no matter how it goes, I'm going to trust IS on this one. If Yoko isnt scum then the color matter still factors in. In any case if Yoko isnt scum, then IS will have some explaining to do.
