I thought that he was pretty logical and agreed with the way he thought boosts should be handled. I felt that he was likely town who would use a potential power well if he had one. He has been V/LA much since then and will be for several more days. If the day is going to end soon, which it looks like it might, I would prefer to boost someone else today and save him possibly for tomorrow as if Sajin does have a power he may miss his chance to use it during this upcoming night phase due to being V/LA.

(I didn't miss your question the first time. I am at work at the moment and can only get to a little bit at a time.)

Yes, i disagree. The numbers speak for themselves. Take into account the role of scum as an INFORMED minority, i think it's probably 50-50 at best, and that still isnt great for town. With 3 boosts a day, scum should have no trouble getting 1 and staying out of the limelight. With only 1 a day, if scum want it, they will be far more likely to have to fight for it.

I'm just generally sceptical about the Boost mechanic. Has anyone claimed results from boosts yesterday?

Hmm. Guess you're right that scum can influence it in that way. Still, boosting 2 town, like you say we'll do statistically, is beneficial.

Look. If we boost one person, we have 2 possibilities:
1) We boost scum.
2) We give scum a NK target.

Neither is good.

By "I don't think that's good play," I was referring to his softclaiming in the first place. I think we should take advantage of the large number of boosts per day to keep vanilla/nonvanilla status ambiguous.
