My question/proposal was made a day(s) ago, and also re-came in before gieff did that mini breakdown.

Notice I said that Sens is becoming more DDD-like. The issue with DDD isn't just the lurking, its the TYPE of lurking. That is the difference.

Except for the whole game, Sens has been posting on a consistent basis, not when his name gets brought up. the latter is what DDD was doing.

So, basically, no.

Thats why I said MORE. Notice how quickly you replied to this.

It is NOT the same, hence why I am voting for DDD and not you.

I probably check this game 20-30 times a day. Of course I'll respond with a quick post if I'm asked a question.

That's normal, not scummy.

Make a case, and I'll respond.

I'm not going to make a Town-case on myself.

You made a rather declarative statement. That (in your opinion) Mafia/scum hunting is done by making a case on someone you find scummy.

I asked you to illustrate an example of you making a case on someone.

It's really getting difficult to perceive who's scum when everyone's acting the same way (depressed), especially since I think what's important ITT is being lost. If people who are Town could politely
stop acting scummy
I think we could make progress.

So uh SpyreX. How likely are you to vote SensFan?

I'm really not buying this thing about voting/pressuring SensFan for emotive reasons, considering I personally have something of a concrete reason to vote him that seems to have fallen by the wayside >.>

jammer needs to post more and more on topic. I like how I kind of pushed the basis for the GIEFF case out from under jammer's accusation.

Battle Mage's thoughts on Kmd-scum were largely grounded in OMGUS? Nice.

Yeah well. This game is nearing 90 pages. People like Gieff are nearing 450 posts. I think Battle Mage is nearing 350, and I'd probably be in between the two if I didn't actively try and cut back.

You have more posts then DDD! isn't that weird. He doesn't have 40...even spryeX and SF who haven't contributed a lot have double his posts...Gieff has 10X his posts...On that basis alone I'm willing to lynch DDD.

There is just such a drastic difference in the posting amount from the people who seem committed to this game.

We lynched the lurkers. Let's lynch the "active lurkers".

DDD
SensFan
Jammer
SpryeX
KmD
Even alexhans of late.

I'll lynch any of the above but my preference would be:
Jammer
DDD
SensFan
Alexhans
SpryeX-KmD

What a convenient way to avoid having to actually hunt for scum Ben.

It bothers me that SpyreX is doing his best to carve out a difference between myself and Sens, seems like he’s digging for whatever extremely weak justification he can find to support my lynch and not that of Sens. If we could actually get the SpyreX lynch that I’d like and he flips scum I’d have to re-evaluate my stance on Sens.

I already noted Battle Mage’s strange stance on GIEFF yesterday; couple that with his vote on me who he claims is not in his three most likely scum suspects and I keep coming to the conclusion that he’s scum. The absence of evidence isn’t itself evidence, but I’ve seen nothing lately to suggest he’s town either which places him only behind SpyreX on my list of scum.

Unvote; Vote: Battle Mage

Updated list from least to most scummy.

Town

Zach
Sens
Alex
Ben

Mid-range

Vi
Jammer
GIEFF
KMD

This feels more or less right. I wouldn't be against a SpyreX lynch at this time anyway.

So you're the fourth person on this wagon too, DDD. Do you think people are justified in seeing that as a scumtell?

(Sorry for the double post)

I was rereading my post, and I think I need to clarify something. I define someone playing mafia as someone who understands the basic elements of the game, knows how to make a case on people they are calling Scum, and doesn't expect people to clear themselves by making Town-cases on themselves.

Again, sorry for the double post.

Night speculation from Sensfan? Hmmmmm... Let's hop on the time machine.

mmmm... I knew it...

Sensfan...
Discussing, stating our opinions = Healthy
Shutting the fuck up = NOT healthy
No.

Discussing and stating opinions about the Night Kill = Not Fucking Healthy
Shutting the fuck up about stuff the Scum has full control over = Healthy

I will not be repeating myself again.
And now he guarantees that he won't be night killed in this game, not that it would be night speculation or anything.

Thank you, Vi.

And for the ijits that need it explained:
I am not speculating about Night Kills. I am saying that there is an absolute 0% chance that I will be killed. That's just plain common sense, given that half of you want me lynched, and I have no power role. Furthermore, that comment cannot hurt the Town, since if the Scum actually do Night Kill me, I become confirmed Town and you can all realize how wrong and Scum you are.

Yes, and that Sens-quote was in response to a direct question from me.

So while it's not OMGSCUMLYNCHIMNOW scummy, it is still odd, and Sens still hasn't explained why scum wouldn't try to kill him if Cephrir flipped scum.

If Sens were town, he'd think there were at least a possibility that Cephrir were town, right? And hammering scum like that would make him viewed as ultra-townie the next day, so I'd think he'd be VERY scared of getting NK'd that night, pending Cephrir's alignment.

Right?
