roland, go read the book (that's one book, not a series), it's good. That said, I still don't understand people signing up for themes that they don't know anything about and don't do anything to change that. It's not like this is a Wheel of Time game.

The way I see it, we'll know a lot more once we've tested our investigator's veracity/sanity, and Peachy makes a good candidate, given her behavior so far. I know it's a quick day with little talk, but everyone's got more to go on for their choices now... and even if you don't want to end the day, say SOMETHING, people...

I pretty much am willing to end the day with a lynch on Peachy, whose defense I find unconvincing (though how she could mount a convincing one given her play if she's actually a townie, I don't know), and watch how things unfold tomorrow, so... uh... maybe we should just request mass prod PM's, if we can't get enough votes out of those who read the thread.

Peachy is dragged up to the lynch post and enough townspeople eventually agree to throw the switch. As the rope pulls taught, Peachy becomes nothing more than a puff of smoke. The town goes home coughing.

Burning Deaths Correspondent: Thanks, Blonde Anchorwoman. Our fellow townsperson, Fuldu, was attempting to pump his gas into his car when a freak accident occured. A small spark from an unknown location caused some spilled gasoline to ignite, tourching the car and Fuldu. The gas station is now considering hiring workers to pump the gas for its customers.

With Satan dead, we can probably assume that God exists as well (answers that question rather conveniently, doesn't it?). If the Horsemen and the Devils (may or may not include Crowley) are adversarial, then it may be fair to assume that anyone truly loyal to heaven is trying to bring about the end of the

world

game as well. Aziraphale might have been on the side of the masses, but he's dead, which leaves Hastur, Ligur, two Horsemen, and possibly God and maybe the Metatron to eliminate. I don't know how we find out if they're on our side or not, though, since they can't claim...

Notable in their absence are the Four Other Horsemen (such as Grievous Bodily Harm, Cruelty To Animals, and the like), but since none of them have died yet, I guess they may not be in the game at all...

What's my point in all of this? With Peachy showing up as a Horseman, we may have a lead on the others.

Now, we can argue this might be a case of WIFOM (she knew she was going down, so was she redirecting suspicion from another Horseman, or redirecting it to an innocent? I don't find her subtle enough for the latter. Interestingly, she attacked Aelyn hard in her first post, so I don't think Those From Hell and Those Who Ride Horses are in the same group.
