I'm very wary of a player, who, right after I make a point that I get better reads from people that actively attack me, you go and make a deliberate direct attempt to do the exact opposite.
Sarcasm or not, you haven't made a single comment about me that hasn't been either directly or indirectly positive.
Quite scummy for being so certain of my alignment.

Pom is just as bad as well, except she hasn't been around to post as much in general, but I've got my eye on her as well.

Because, as of now, no one seems scummy enough to warrant my vote. Budja is my top subject, but he hasn't even replaced in yet. And before you ask why I find him scummy, it's because he was scumhunting less than everyone else in the game, and when he voted, it was always after someone else had voted for that same person, and he never actually added anything to the cases other people made, so it seemed to me like he was just trying to skate along...

Socio, ironically, your post where you basically tell people to attack you is your scummiest post yet. It's like you're saying OMGUS is your only strong strategy, which is really not the case. I had you as top 2 towniest, and I'm not sure why town would want suspicion on them; I guess scum, however, could be able to skirt small suspicion, but they really have nothing to work with when they have no suspicion on them.

GDude really needs to post, especially since he claimed he'll be able to post more.

I kinda hate to say it, but Chibo's looking less and less scummy and more and more n00by; I don't think smart scum would act the way he's been acting.

I'm so used to being attacked in games, that I find I can more accurately gauge the alignment of attacks on me. When a multitude of people are attacking me, I can better determine which are coming from scum, which are coming from town, and which are coming from VIs.
With everyone and their mother throwing me in their town lists, I lose a fair-sized chuck of my methods.
Luckily I'm adaptable, so I'll manage regardless.

But really, me saying that is a win/win for me. XD

lol Socio I guess so, but I'm used to being attacked in Mafia games too (see my history here and on Smash World), and I find assumed towniness to be quite refreshing, and something I could get used to. I guess it's just a difference of opinion.

Look, being all careful and not lynching people before replacement is probably a good idea. But we can't have people sitting around, not voting, and just checking in to say "hey i've got nothing to say."

Failure to scum hunt is usually a sign of scumminess, but a lot of people are doing it this game which makes it harder to find the scum. So if everyone who is town could get their asses in gear and start giving their opinions and pressuring who they think is scum, that would make things much easier. It will force the scum to post more too which will increase our chances of catching them in lies/manipulation/misdirection. Or if they continue to post little content we can lynch them for that too. Either way works for me.

I don't like the post asking everyone to make cases on him, but I think it's just as Socio says, that it's easier for him to get reads that way. I just think it might be hard for me to make a case worth anything if I don't find you scummy; I find it hard to post cases that I don't believe myself(, like games where I've been scum scum).

Yeah I thought he was joking around about that. I mean, I understand if he gets better reads when people make attacks on him, but I don't know how you can ask people to make cases on you. If they don't think you're scum, do you want them to make stuff up? And if they make stuff up how are you going to be able to get a good read off that? I don't really get it, if it wasn't a joke.

No one is infallible. I'm sure I said something, somewhere that rubbed someone the rub way.

This is the weirdest thing I've ever heard of, and I weirdly think I'm buddying to you more now by humoring you than I was before. But here is my case on you:

Some exchanges with kirby and pome early in the game that were sort of useless joking or maybe buddying.

Wagoning chamber just because he has a non-standard playstyle. Which amounts to a policy lynch. Which is scummy. I also didn't like how you got mad at him for posting after asking for replacement. You said it might be a violation of site guidelines, which don't think it is. It seemed like you just wanted him gone from the game.

One of the things you said about SoG early was that he "went straight into scum hunting." Like that's a bad thing. I think that's a good thing -- to go straight into scum hunting.

Continuing to give Pome a break for no apparent reason. When she explains she has school and VLA issues you pipe up to commiserate how hard it is to post with school and such. WAH! Buddying to Pome.

Pulling the newbie card for chibo.

Those are the things I don't like about you despite my mostly pro-twon read of you. You've got to take everything into account, but those are the things I don't agree with.

Basically, this exchange reminds me of SoG's exchange with zazier early in the game about the post colour thign (was it SoG? I think it was. I'm not going to go check though.)

I guess I just don't get why you would specify an objective measure in this case rather than a subjective one: unless it was simply busywork/you wanted to be able to have an out later. That wasn't a defence. I want to hear your logic here, because this is a really odd idea.

As is sociopath's; though I have to admit some irony there. I've said almost the exact same thing in a game where I was town (I think it was Rishi's election mafia, but I'm not sure). But I'm not going to push a case on him because I don't think he's scum and I believe doing so could be misleading.
