StarKiss: I haven't paid too much attention to you, because you've felt reasonably protown to me for much of the game. I'd have to put some thought into which of your "personalites" (I assume you mean hydra head?) "bothers" me the most. I try not to think about how protown people bother me, unless somebody is
REALLY
bothering me. I typically prefer to just focus on people whom I think are scums.

And thanks, Elvis. <333

hit me with your proddin' stick

Happy Birthday Glork

Glen, my list wasn't of people I found suspicious but just an order which would be interesting to me. There was a mix of people I find scummy, people I find neutral and people I find pro-town on it.

I made my decision based on some admittedly fairly single-minded logic a while ago, and while I haven't been reading closely nothing has jumped out that would change that decision.

I am still trying to make sense out of all this. Should be finished by the weekend. Never having seen what happens off stage feels like a strong handicap.

Do we know what roles are in the game? I mean roles like Stuntman.

Carrie, I'm a bit confused by what you want from that post then. Is it an order you want people to reveal their preferences in?

Valentine, there are five known roles that have rotated among various people. The stuntsman can replace an actor who is on-stage, the assistant producer has some control over who comes on stage, the music and video assistants can send us messages via music or picture (respectively) and the director can hire people to take the other four roles.

All of this will be more obvious when you read stuff off-stage. You were asked to join us at a difficult time.

Not sure if I'm allowed to do this, but {Kise} don't have a lot of time lately. I apologize to dramonic because the duty of posting every 2 days has been dumped on him pretty much. I have an obligation to my group in an NY game to make a post there today, and I'll also have limited access until Saturday.

dram, send me some notes on what's been happening.

(Also, I missed the entirety of the last pre-scene session so I have no clue what went down off-camera.)

So, a quick check shows that we're only going to be wondering out here for four more days, and it feels like there is no sense of urgency to make a decision. Everybody needs to make at least a pseudovote; don't feel such a vote locks you in if more info comes up but we need to pretend to make progress.

(It's possible that there are other people who also need a sense of urgency as well.)

I think we're at about 3 days to the deadline at this point. (Day started on the 5th and it's 2 week deadlines no?)

So... we can cast condercet votes right? (That won't actually impede the lynching process.)

Interesting. Is "don't push the button" the default for a particular reason?

Is that automated or determined by the decepticons?

I wonder.

Oops Unit02 just farted helium.

Oh crap! I posted in the firefox window.

That was bound to happen eventually with how often I check the game with my main account.

At least you know who's responsible for all the posts this account has made today...

Godwin, you know as well as I do that we have to wait for the bat signal before we can make a choice. I'm not sure why you're trying to push people.

That said, they need to hurry up over there.

It's interesting that we started out with a bunch of people wanting to push the button, but now we've had some subtle shifting the other way. It's making me worry about my initial choice.

Nothing subtle about my shift, I just saw the way paticular people were leaning on the matter and changed my mind.

I'm not going to get too specific here (and subsequently open up a big can of worms on the choice.)

But in general, I like the people who are leaning toward not pushing the button, and don't like those that are leaning toward pushing it.

And I make no guarentees that I won't change my mind again based on reactions to voting and bandwagoning once that begins either.

Dweezil, I'd rather there is active discussion now, even before the Bat-Signal comes, then a rush to judgement in 24 hours after we've all been silent. As I mentioned, people need not be locked into their votes and can changed their mind after seeing how others act. But without any action, there is no reaction.

Also, if I light a fire under our group, maybe the people responsible for the signal will also motivate themselves. The lack of a signal suggests that they have also been quiet or indecisive. (It's possible that they are waiting for a role to be assigned; they may need to start worrying about that role being empty for a while, given that it has yet to be filled.)

At this point there are only 2 people who haven't actually given a preference yet right?

Tabris and Valentine?

I am bothered by the fact that they have sat on the fence this long.
