Stam wrote:I don't think esme is a warewolf.
I played with her when she was a scum in Newbie 108 and it was nothing like what she is doing here. There she went with the town's flow. Never stood out from the crowd. Here she keeps coming out with new ideas and accusations. I just don't think she would change a winning strategy. If she could hide in a crowd of seven players, it should be much easier to hide in a crowd of 20.
What are you going to do if Esme does turn up as scum? You are defending her a bit hard and are making it pretty obvious. Either you are scum trying to make it look like you aren't, or you are scum trying to cover up for your fellow scum. Something isn't right about the defense ..
Fos: Stam

Of course you could be town as well who just is very defensive of her playing style or something.

I have been reading the thread the whole time, but having nothing very concrete to go on--and remembering the mod's warning about spam--I contented myself to read what people wrote and judge more carefully, rather than jump to conclusions and confuse the hell out of everyone.

Unfortunately, I can't say I have a better idea who is scum. I'm kinda leaning towards esme, but that might be because I'm influenced by the bandwagon and the many, many accusations and suspicions against her brought forward by others. I'm equally suspicious of Milkman - the cop who voted for him mysteriously died the next night... I know it's not the greatest evidence to go on, but that's seriously all I could fish up from reading the past couple pages two or three times.

I don't think the mod warned about spam. I think it was Phoebus. Anyway, saying your opinion is definately not spam, even if you don't have clear suspiscion.

Nanook, I don't see your point. I guess esme is innocent the same way you claim to guess she is a warewolf. We both have our reasons and we both might be wrong. Of course, if and when she dies her allignment will give hints to the allignments of those who attacked her or defended her. This is how the game works.
I got 2 goodie points from Phoebus!

Stam is correct; while Phoebus is the
List Mod
for New York, in this game he's just a player like anyone else.

I am more concerned about non-participation than 'spam' at this point; if I do not hear from Locus Cosecant by Monday I will be searching for (another) replacement. :?

And if discussion in general does not pick up, your village will be looking at another deadline.

I don't like the esme bandwagon. I think it is style based and not helpful to the town.

Vote Coolbot
, since one still pushing this lynch. It is bad play.

Just nitpicking, though I don't see what that's got to do with anything here...

As the stars soar across the Eastern sky,
My lover and I entangled together do lie,
Beneath the cool shade of the willow tree,
Waiting for the day that we could be free.
And as those stars fly up so very high,
He kisses me so sweetly up my thigh,
I feel as if all my burdens are now gone,
And I sink into him, awaiting the dawn.

huge FOS dranko

If you're a cop and you found coolbot innocent, why the !@#$ would u reveal it without even a bandwagon on him?

I can understand if you want to defend ur innocent from a bandwagon but coolbot was under no pressure whatsoever, telling the mafia who has been investigated as innocent is so so stupid, I honestly can't imagine a real cop doing this.

What were you thinking when you decided to put that down Dranko?

Day 2, might as well reveal the investigated innocents so the werewolves would know who to go after?

because it gives you a rather large bullseye on your back. as you should know coolbot, scum loves to kill confirmed townies. its better to kill a confirmed townie than an unconfirmed anything and their target turn out to be evil.

I told the entire town that I would investigate CoolBot. People knew it was coming.

Think about it, if I dicked around and was like "Nah, I'll tell you what I got on him later," that would be HELLA scummy. If I had a guilty, I'd obviously come out and say it, and if I didnt, keeping it to myself wouldnt make any bit of a difference, except make me look scummy, and I'd hate the wolfies to have that to use against me.

FOS: Mikehart and Pooky

PS: Mikehart, I don't really appericate you calling me dumb. If you do that shit again i'm going to asked to be replaced, this is supposed to be a friendly game, not like that.

Um, what if the other scum decided to be more random and not care about keeping evil alive and killed the original evil?

Survival of the fittest?

And I'll second dranko's request.
While I'm not involved in your comments about cops, they were rather jarring.

I understand that, but Dranko already said I was innocent. Why make a big deal of it now? And there certainly is an arguement that once a cop is in the open, he should make his info known before scum targets him.
