Unvote: SomeoneandVote: Pbug
This bandwagon does seem like a stretch, but it is Day 1 and I'd rather vote for someone who doesn't defend themself, then vote for Olio who has at least added to the discussion in the game. Pbug hasn't responded since the first vote put against him.
Plus the bit on Someone was mainly for fun on my part.-

Well, obviously you didn't inform us or the mod. It isn't our responsiblity to look in the VLA thread. If the mod feels like looking through then that is his/her preference, but when you're going to be absent, you may want to inform the mod directly ..
I've modded games where I've had to go through situations like this, and in turn have encouraged my players to let me know personally.
Don't mean to sound like I'm upset or anything.-

I thought that the only roles in this game had to be people who attended Jeepfest, Saberkitty wasn't one of them or otherwise she wouldn't be in this game.MeMe wrote:What a baby.
Regarding the night kill -- in my opinion last night's "had a go at his eyes" suggests that SaberKitty (the role, not necessarily the player) might be last night's killer.
It possibly could have been another female, like Nonny, Talitha, Halfpint, or Mackay.-

Nox: I am the one who made the comment about the person being a female, and it was because of what the mod wrote, "Had a go at his eyes", Now I know in some circumstances a man can have a go at another man's eyes, but typically the saying I would think anyway would refer to a woman.NanookTheWolf wrote:

Also, if it be possible, could you please not make your text smaller. That with the combination of color you chose makes it nearly impossible for myself to read it. The color doesn't bother me in it's self though, and if you keep it small, then I'll just have to keep copying and pasting it is all.
EYNH: I may have not been the most active player in this game, but I think that I've been pretty active considering my limited access. This being only like my sixth post though. So maybe I haven't contributed as much as I'd like, but if you're looking for a lurker, there is always lurkernidas.
(,and no I am not trying to lure the attention off from myself .. )-

I'm not really sure how I feel about Commodore right now, I guess this weekend if I have time I'll read up on him a bit, as I really don't know what the argument is against him right now besides gut feelings.Fuldu wrote:Reasonable, but when his gut feelings coincide with mine, and I have concerns about the methodology behind the Commodore Amazing bandwagon, it seems a reasonable approach, as well.-

I have read over Commodore's posts and I'm not so much struck as to the content of them, but I am sort of set back at the fact that out of the ten posts he's made so far .. 8 of them contain votes/unvotes ..Fos: Commodore_Amazing. A little confused are ya?
Vote: Peacebringer.. just cause he's hasn't posted yet today, like Meme said, and he of all people is a big presser on that issue. Could be he forgot about the game, but I'd still like to see what happens.-

I too am not interested in the Mr. Stoofer bandwagon as I don't think it has much substance, so I'd rather go after a hypocrite ..Unvote: NoxandVote: Saberkitty
I had thought about leaving my vote on Nox, but after really thinking about the whole thing, I don't thing that she would come up with Polarboy as a claim, unless it really was her role name .. However, it doesn't mean that Polarboy isn't mafia, and I still have some strong beliefs laying there.-

I love you! ..Just don't tell Dirge ..
Nice try Axelrod, and how coincidental that was I'm sure ..
I'd rather have the vig use his ability on someone else, then on confirmed scum-

What 'crapola' is he spinning AT you .. He only fos'd you along with two others saying that 2 out of the 3 of you could possibly mafia. You seem to be a bit defensive about that. Also, your role as far as I am concerned is not at all confirmed as being town like .. I mean you've made one view in this game, and you can't seem to even be able to interpret it along with the rest of us. I'm not saying that you made up the role, but I'm also not saying that you didn't either.PeaceBringer wrote:actually upon further reflection, vote TSS
personally haven't seen him take this tact before and it has struck me as 'trying' to hard. Plus he is spinning crapola toward me. It is as good a vote as anything but something hasn't seemed right to me regarding TSS.
I have to look back at a few of my games, but honestly this does seem to be the kind of thing that TSS does, but I can't recall if he does it regularly, more so if town/mafia. I'll have to get back to on that one, but I have seen him 'take this tact' before.
On Shadow being lurker like, this is true that he is know to lurk, but not this much. Also, that BS about "Sorta a fondness of dark places and silence" was not needed as part of your defense, even if it is trying to make light of a situation. As for point B, I tend not to follow TSS's records of voting patterns (or anyone's really) because no matter how detailed they are, I can't vote someone because of how they vote. Unless of course they never vote for a scum throughout then entire game, then it begins to become a bit suspicious. Since we've only caught one in this game, there isn't much to say about that.
Point C, what other defense could I expect .. the old lynching town is bad argument .. Point D I'd have to actually sit down and read over the thread some more, but I'm sure your info is valid and wouldn't mind hearing a response from TSS on that point.
This is why you are voting for TSS ..
Don't quite get it .. Can you explain the checking that up part?TheShadow wrote:it's because he was accusing me that I was checking that up
I too would like to hear from Leo and although he may have not have gotten any sort of info last night, I wouldn't mind getting some input from the man, along with someone.
I apologize for not posting sooner, but I've been reading while you guys have been posting, and couldn't at the time think of anything to write.-

This be the entire sentence of when you voted TSS, not that it really sounds any different .. and if this doesn't sound right to you look at post 549.The Shadow wrote:I know it's not generally wise to reflect suspicion on a guy voting you...but, well, it's because he was accusing me that I was checking that up. Vote: The Silent Speaker because at this point in time he's top of my most-likely-to-be-scum list.
I just want some clarity as to why you are voting him .. Cause by just reading your post up above, you are voting him because he was voting you and you were a bandwagon was going to start on yourself ... ?-

Ok, so you are voting me because I have been flying under the radar .. in what way?inHimshallibe wrote:3. NanookTheWolf - Very low flier under the radar. Fairly scummy in my books, added to the fact that I agree with points that The Shadow raises.
I'd respond to your vote more if I didn't find it so damn funny that you are voting me for basically 'flying under the radar' aka lurking, and yet agree with probably the biggest lurker in this game, who's only real defense is that he does it all the time.-

Commodore .. I wouldn't need to research anything, I have been on these boards for over a year, and of course I knew who PookyTheMagicalBear was and how his name is spelled. The only reason why I left the spelling the way it was in my pm, is because I didn't know if the mod had done it for flavour or just simply mispelled it. As for that rule you are referring to, I didn't even know it existed. I'll admit that I don't normally read the mod's rules unless there is some sort of different mechanics involved in the game.
Quite simply I am a townie, who's name is POOKIE. So what else would you like me to say? I can't defend what TheShadow calls 'flying under the radar', especially simply put that I post when I can, and if you really want to look at my history, usually if I post in one game, I post in the majority of my games.-

Either way it's basically the same thing, and I don't see how I am 'lying low' either. The Shadow wrote:
Actually I said you were lying low. InHim said you were flying under the radar.NanookTheWolf wrote:I can't defend what TheShadow calls 'flying under the radar',
You know I too have a busy schedule, which is why you never see me posting between 3 and 11 est time, because those are the hours I work. Plus I have to take care of my brothers early in the morning and I usually don't see scum til after 10 am my time, and then I might post possibly after work as well.
I don't always have something to say either, as unbelievable as that sounds .. because if you recall (which you couldn't probably as it was you who were MIA for a very long period of time) this game has been in and out of active states. In fact a good majority of this game has been slow, so it still bewilders me as to how I am flying low compared to anyone else.-

I can see how you got Peacebringer as a confirmed, but am a little struck as how you got Meme and Inhim. Meme might have done something to prove herself that I overlooked, but I know that Inhim has done nothing more then prove that he is Jeep. How does that make him clean? Jeep easily could be mafia, just because he isn't lying about what his role name is, doesn't mean he isn't mafia.Commodore Amazing wrote:If this theory holds, we have some pretty clean people:

Ok, I don't agree that all the mafia are bears ...
None the less though, and on a serious note, I have to get to work here like now, so I won't be back until around midnight tonight my time, as usual. Last night I didn't post because I worked 6 extra hours and didn't get home til like 6am this morning.-

CA, I believe I did answer that .. If I recall I did say that I don't think that the mafia is all bears. I have no clue if Werebear would be made into mafia or not, he wasn't at Jeepfest, so I'm not sure how he would be used. Also, I was voting for Leonidas for other little reasons before I had gone onto The Shadow, so yeah there still lay suspicion there.Commodore Amazing wrote:Nanook, do you think that Leonidas is scum? It seems like you might have wanted to comment on that one. If you were pro-town, that is.
Leonidas, do you feel like checking in before we lynch your scum buddy? Maybe propose to MeMe? Perhaps pick a fight with someone new since you've killed off your old sparring partner, Fuldu?-

Couldn't you at least be a bit nicer about it. I really would like to fight harder on this one, but honestly I can see what I've gotten myself into. Their isn't much to fight when I've given my claim and tried my hardest to find scum, which obviously isn't my best ability.-

I still think The_Shadow was scum and the mod made an error .. *grits teeth*
j/k, please don't kill me all mighty mod!
Anyways, congrats to the town, WOOT! I shamelessly can admit that I had no idea of who the scum were in this game. I thought of Jeep, Mith, and Antrax early on in the game, but the players who had those roles weren't scummy enough for me to really believe that .. so in short, BAD MEME! BAD!
