I just thought it'd be funny if zwet made it, just because then he wouldn't be the first one lynched like he usually is.

Same as in any mafia game, good old fashioned scum hunting. I don't know about you, but I would prefer a floater get the first HoH as opposed to a member of one of the scum teams. I would be hopeful that our scum hunting gives the HoH some good info as to who they should nominate for eviction and give the rest of us good info as to where we should place our votes on their nominated evictees.

I find the bolded part of your quote to be a very interesting choice of words. Picking at random to get things started has some validity if we are in a RVS. However, picking at "seemingly random" raises the possibility of motive. Motive at this point in the game can only be scummy.

To my point of view, a reasonless vote is reasonless, not seemingly random. The only votes seemingly random to me are the ones that are claimed to be random.

Well, I have only played in one game with zwet, and he actually played pretty good. I don't know what everyone else's meta is on him, but that is beside the point. With what you have said here, it sounds as though there was reason behind your vote on him which would make it not random, in my opinion. I can see that you may have been placing an element of humor in your vote so I will chalk it up as a joke vote based on personal meta, which some people consider random. To me, that still does not excuse the possibility of motive you raised in your "seemingly random" statement.

If he is scum, you are correct.

If he is a floater and all 3 voting him are floaters, that would make them the same faction, would it not? The way you have stated it makes it sound like you know he is scum and are now jumping on the bandwagon to try and get your scum buddy in power.

You have already somewhat contradicted yourself over the randomness of your first vote, raised a possibility of motive in your voting, and have now also given the appearance of scum group knowledge. I think it is safe to say, I will not be nominating you for HoH. This also makes me not want to nominate SensFan and additionally makes me anxious for more input from the other two currently on his wagon.

Absolutley. Though, I don't agree with everything he does, I feel he is most qualified (other then me, of course. Because, k'now, I wanna get HoH 1 time).

You've been the one questioning the reasons people have been voting for. Sens is the one with the most votes, so I voted for him. That way you can't be entirely suspicious of everyone, cause even if its scum hooking up their buddy with HoH, 3 votes or more shows more than just scum support. It gives you something to think about, because as it picks up more support, it shows something...can you see what it is?

Is wagon jumping based on a numbers count supposed to be pro-town, especially when the votes on Sens already were either based on meta from other games or reasonless? You seem to insinuate that I was already suspicious of everyone on Sen's wagon, which is not the case. I was really only suspicious of whoot for not giving a reason for his vote. You coming out with what appears to be knowledge of a scum group is what mades me wonder a bit about the other 2. I have already posed them a question and look forward to hearing more from them.

As it is illustrated in post 54, truth is not something you are worried about preserving when you make your statements.

Also as it is, I will not vote for you or Sens to be HoH and I will vote for you to be evicted if the HoH puts you on the block, unless another player emerges even scummier than what you appear to be. We do not need loose cannons in this game and you have already clearly shown the looseness of your cannon.

Is semi-random better? If the player you give it to is a good one (based on meta), and they are scum (which is closer to 50% than in most games) isn't that a bad outcome for a townie?

I was actually thinking along the lines of "with no other information, this is who I would pick."

And yes, you're right; it is best to put a townie as the first HoH. But I'm not sure it's as important as you say, mainly because:

a. Scum will still try to scumhunt for the other faction, at least at the beginning.
b. The HoH will still have to listen to the majority of the town to a reasonable extent.
