Since, MonkeyMan is lurking...Unvote Vote: Cyberbobfor the points Merkabah, Pads, and I brought up. Also, if he's town it's not much of a loss.
I dislike xRx's suspicions of Vaya and Snow_Bunny. I also find it odd how he brings up reasons to suspect RBT and then says he thinks she's town.
Yet you haven't moved it yet. What was the point of this comment?Socrates wrote:Well, my SolemnJ vote is largely useless at this point,so I should move it."You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. -Wayne Gretzky"

Does a teacher tell her students to read a section of a textbook because it's keeps them busy, or because the students may learn something they previously did not understand?RayFrost wrote:
I second this.Socrates wrote: @Glork: What doyouthink of those three players you tasked Rec to get a read on?
I said a few pages ago that this town was so scummy, I could barely take it. That wasn't a post made in jest. Do I think all three of them are scum? Almost certainly not. But there's definitely something to be looked at in that bandwagon on Cyberbob. The awkward thing is, I still think Cyberbob is a reasonable lynch today. My guess is that exactly one of the three of [Vaya, Snow_Bunny, riceballtail] is scum. But I want to play Russian Roulette with their lives a little later. There is still more information to be collected from all three of them.
Wicked: Why don't you like Reckoning's suspicions? What do you think of Vaya's and Snow_Bunny's play?-

Naw, I'm thinking more of people like Tarhalindur, Vaya, Devestation, Mufasa (Mod: who has actually been banned and will require replacement), WarWound, xRECKONERx, Snow_Bunny, Riceballtail, Socrates, Wickedestjr, Wysp, Kise, Glork, Empking, SolemnJ, Merkabah, MonkeyMan576, Cyberbob, Pads, Slicey Infinis and Raivann.tread softly because you tread on my dreams

I should probably get on that.
1) Your response to the whole 'getting people out of RVS' stage. You called it distinctly protown, which is ridiculous. The RVS resolves itself in every single game, and the only purpose that posting to truncate RVS is so that you can say "look, I was being protown." You did exactly that, which is minus points.
2) Your earliest suspicions were... convenient. Extremely convenient. MonkeyMan and Swimmer. I've come to loathe both wagons, and I have especially come to loathe the people who claimed suspicion of both players. I'm not sure where the additional Wicked suspicion came from, but it seems like the token third option. You call wicked "just plain bad" in addition to Swimmer, vote for Swimmer, and then don't mention Wicked ever ever ever again (except to respond to one of his questions much later).
3) Your continued push of the Swimmerwagon. I think it's apparent by now that Swimmer had no idea what he was doing. He was an alt (and a bad one at that), mucked up some stuff, and got himself replaced. But I now think he became the easy victim here, and you looked like you were trying to put a Swimmerwagon over the crest to Swimmerlynch.
4) Your Kise vote. Coattails, and it came just as that Swimmerwagon you loved so much started to lose steam. It was a convenient time to move your vote, and you did so in convenient fashion. Like with Wicked, once nobody bit on the Kise suspicion, you kind of ignored it forever and ever.
Mostly, I sense a general lack of consistency in your posts. Whatever *did* happen to your suspicion of Wicked? Whatever happened to your suspicion of Swimmer? Of Kise? You seem to jump from one thing to a next without any sign that you're still considering what you said in you previous couple of posts. That's a sign of a scumbag, and it's well worth my vote.
I will say that I am somewhat put off with the ease by which everyone else started stated to suspect you. However, I have somewhat come to accpet that this town is very bandwagonny by nature. I chanted and cheered CyberScum for like a page and a half, and then Merk made a post that outlined like ONE point against you, and suddenly you're the flavor of the day. Had the exact same thing not happened to Monkey and to Swimmer already, I would have hopped off your wagon faster than you can post "lynchbait." Maybe I'm just desensitized, or maybe I think that there's something more solid in this than anything else. I don't know. And frankly, I don't care. But I like where my vote is. And as tempting as the Snow_Bunny wagon is, I don't see reason to move my vote just yet.-

Pfft. It's not as though I claim to be perfect. Or even near-perfect. I think other people have unreasonable expectations of me, and/or assume that I have unreasonable expectations of myself.Cyberbob wrote:you're still not as smart as you think you are though-

It's more the fact you're taking literally everything that could conceivably have a scummy motive behind it as such - and a few that couldn't besides. Your "analysis" of the RVS thing exemplifies this rather nicely.Glork wrote:

Okay, Glork. You asked for completed games.
Here you are. I obviously didn't includeallmy games (for example, I replaced out of a game where I was scum that had replaced in but was too busy to actually make any valuable posts at all)

The reasoning behind his suspicions isn't very convincing. Also, are reads on those three players seem to be complete opposites. I think Snow_Bunny is town, he thinks she is scum, I think Riceballtail is scum, yet he thinks she is town. I can't get a read on Vaya, yet xRx seemed pretty sure that she was scum. It bothers me that we have such different ideas.
Vaya has only made three posts. None of them have been that helpful. However, having said that, I don't think Vaya would have come out of nowhere to jump on the most popular bandwagon if she was scum.Glork wrote:What do you think of Vaya's and Snow_Bunny's play?
Snow_Bunny also hasn't been very helpful, but, like I said before, my gut is telling me that she is town. Also, xRx's reasons for voting her seem to be a bit reaching.
Also @Everyone - why have people been ignoring my posts?"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. -Wayne Gretzky"

Don't worry, if anyone has an ounce of intelligence that trend is soon to be broken given the following paragraph:Wickedestjr wrote:Also @Everyone - why have people been ignoring my posts?
