@Jack - If you won't be able to be an active member for more than 5 days or so you should get a replacement. It's not fair to just disappear and leave the other players without any reads on you, or having you there to answer questions, especially in a newbie game.

Crimmy, I don't believe there is a contradiction in foilist' opinion on FoSing.

I read him as saying: 'a FoS is useless, because there is no added value compared to saying "I am suspicious of him"'. Whenever you would place a FoS, you could get the exact same result by saying "I'm suspicious of him".

There's no contradiction there whatsoever.

meh, who am I strying to convince? You guys do whatever you want, I still stand on the ground of not voting until it's close to deadline, to avoid quicklynching.

On a side note, Jack, you should really get a replacement if you're having a long absence.

If Jack is able to post content once every two or three days, he shouldn't be replaced IMO.

I'll try hard to post often enough and well enough to not ruin the game for anyone. I'd rather not replace if I can help it, but if this starts to get too hard to deal with, I won't spoil anyone's game by lurking.

As for my take on things, fear to vote isn't good, even to avoid a quicklynch. I don't know about you, but I think Mcgrill is the scummiest, with all his lurking...

Excuse me? Post #165 (made only two days ago) contains a rather in depth analysis of both CSL and Crimmy. Post #177 (posted yesterday) is my reaction to Crimmy's analysis of you. How is that not content?

Can you please cut down the appeals to emotion and the fatalism? Rather then saying how this post is probably going to make you look scummy, you would have been far better of telling us why you agree with him exactly.

Jack, in post #131, you say that this game has one of the quickest wagons and quickest D1 you had ever seen. When you hammered, did you take into account that it might be too quick? Why exactly did you feel there was nothing more to gain from extending day 1?

As Michel said, why don't you let us know why you agree with him? And explain to me exactly why it is scummy to agree with Crimmy.
And while we're at it, which of the two do you think is more suspicious?

In my opinion CSL is the more suspicious of the two. Jack at least asked if he should hammer (post 121 and 126), apparently wasn't sure what the best course of action was, and seems to have been convinced by CSL (post 127 most of all). But this doesn't clear Jack completely. It's interesting to see that from claim to lynch took half an hour, in which all but one posts were made by CSL and Jack. Waiting at least a few hours wouldn't have done any harm and would've given others a chance to agree or disagree with CSL.

@foilist: why didn't you mention cades as someone we need to see more content from? The post I quoted was his first post since the lynch and doesn't exactly qualify as 'content'.

@ 193: I still haven't seen cades do anything. Either he's playing like Maemuki, which is active-lurking, and is town who doesn't know what to do or scum trying to slip under our radar, OR, he's scum trying to hide from this game. Of course, it means we have to put some suspicion, because there is a 1 in 2 chance there is a cop, and he is playing like one. He gets my

That being said, I do not have a satisfactory read on everyone yet, and will encourage all players alive to post more.

If it comes down to these two, I'd vote CSL. Jackabonb asked if he should hammer, and CSL told him to, which means that Jackabomb could more likely be easily led town/newbie

We can't say he's scummy for hammering, when he didn't know that that was the wrong thing to do, and then the SE told him it was the right decision. So basically I see it that CSL may as well have hammered. (Little exaggerated, but I do feel like he bears most of the responsibility).

foilest, SEs make mistakes. Just like any other person. McGrill seemed the most scummiest by a 1/2 mile or so. cades would've been my suspect, had McGrill flipped scum.
