Yeah, RF, the person you CC'd was the 3rd of 3 scum in a row that we lynched (all after your CC). We had bigger fish to fry; but we needed your claim there to get the information for that 3rd lynch. Here, we didn't need your {RF's} claim. "Similar" situation (only the CC'ing part, really); completely different need and motivation.-

I am having a really hard time getting into this game.
I don't think Rayfrost shouldn't have claimed, if he is telling the truth. Momentum was already so heavily shifted towards Monkey that all he accomplished was outing himself to a NK...
The obvious play here is to lynch monkeyman, since there is so much stacked against him, it is almost impossible for him to be town.
I need to re-read.
How many votes does MonkeyMan already have?-

My rough count had MM at L-1 and I suspect the wagon was rolling too fast.
Bloody big FOS MM
MM, if your a town tracker, how about we see a full claim.
Ray, might be a good idea for you too, but I'm not demanding it. Yet.
If people are happy with the rush lynching, then I will place my vote back on.I try not to sign things. It just encourages people.-

Skip to page 32 to see where I come in for that game I linked.
Also...
MM:
As scum, what is the value of claiming your role when you are, in fact, going to die without any such help?
I feel the need to prevent any attempt of you escaping death because Iknowyou are scum. I tracked you with you being mylargestsuspect for 90% of D1, including the time CB was lynched.
You were the other claimed tracker. I didn't think there would be 2 trackers in the town (in the other game, I asked about how that would balance for a game like that one, except it was two vigs)
You claimed the person you didn't in fact target.
I claimed toensurethis was known.don't you feel silly now?-

Gonna guess that RayFrost is not actually town tracker, but MonkeyMan is still scum. Probably a good move by RF: MM was gonna get lynched anyway, so CC the already dead-in-the-water scum to get pseudo-cleared. Nice trick... if I'm right. But again, I'm not sure I am.
So I'm gonna go with a MM lynch peeps. We'll see how useful RF turns out to be.green shirt thursdays-

If I flip scum, then there are two trackers. If there are two trackers, my claim is just as believable as RF's claim. My play has been more pro town than RF, my day 1 play backs up my night action play, and I didn't give up my power role claim unnecessarily. RF's claim is all too convinient, and reeks of a scum gambit.Merkabah wrote:@MMan: the only way we'd believe him is if you flip scum. We're not that stupid.
@Annachie: Hi, why the unvote?-

Oh, right: 3 deaths since we can't update 1st post so 16 alive; 8 to lynch. We were at L-1; we're at L-2 right now.
@RF: Hewitt was probably going to be believed for a while before BM. We *then* had BattleMage leading the town and got off 2 guilty cop investigations; and one on Hewitt. We couldn't have really known that Hewitt was scum without a CC (which made it iffy and needed more information) or an investigation (which we got IIRC).
Here: We have a dead tracker already; MMan was scummy before and was flailing pretty hard today. I don't think anybody could've really swayed us from lynching him. You claim anyways; not especially helping the situation as we were going to come to the conclusion to lynch him. If you *were* town tracker, I would've expected you to wait to see. If he was gonna get lynched, then you can go on tracking undercover. If he wasn't/wagon was slowing down: then you could've claimed and got it back around to the right target.
There's a huge difference between the two games.

Actually, scratch that.RayFrost wrote:MM:
just a question here...
are you saying I breadcrumbed trackertwiceD1 and keptconstantwatch on you through D1 all to set up that you would mess up D2 and I could ride the coattails of you dying?
Does anybody see me doing this?
I'm sincerely curious.don't you feel silly now?-
