I'm going to take a closer look at SOG. In his Iso 31, we have the following:

Check my ISO 3, 4 and 7 for my main points on Sanjay as well as why I find those points scummy.

Basically, he'd been riding his Sanjay vote without bringing anything new to the table (except harassing Sanjay about not wanting to question him in twilight) for 24 of his posts, which was a lot of real life time and a lot of game posts. Plus, if you look at his Iso 3, Iso 4, and Iso 7, Iso 3 contains a paragraph and a half about Sanjay, most of which is composed of generalizations that he doesn't back up with evidence, Iso 4 is just him repeating a point that Sanjay argued, and Iso 7 is more generalizations accompanied by a vote.

Basically, it looks like he came in and latched onto a popular suspicion where he might not take as much heat for an eventual mislynch. I'll read his Iso more closely later.

I don't recall Sanjay being a popular suspicion when I came into the game. Though I wasn't looking for a popular suspicion. In retrospect it seems to me there were much more popular suspicions such as Knight of Cydonia. Wouldn't the other replacements at the time be just as if not more guilty of suspecting someone who was of popular suspicion? This seems like an odd accusation.

We may be in LyLo/MyLo. I would like to throw out both suggestions of mass claiming and/or a no lynch for today to get back down to odd numbers (there are both upsides and downsides to this). Neither should be done until it is decided what we do about both, since doing one of the above will certainly affect our effectiveness of the other.

I'm for both, or either, but not neither, and I have no problem claiming first.

I also find it odd how almost every game I replace into as town I get lynched, but of the games I start from the beginning as town I rarely ever get lynched.

Whatever you come up with is fine, really, but I wish we could have had that Sanjay lynch as opposed to that Danakillsu lynch. I know, I feel stupid for the vote-swap thing, but whatever.

You put the 3rd vote on Sanjay, as opposed to putting a 4th vote on KoC, so it was close. Joining the second biggest wagon also has the benefit of looking pro-town by not being on the lynch wagon of a townie.

I would say no lynch. I see one main reason we should MC, but I think it's countered by a potentially more important reason to not MC.

Was my party and it was winding down. My group of friends does this given that while most of us are pretty detached from family (Its true what they say that we do almost make our own little families) some of us still go there for the big day. Anyways, it just means I should be able to get a few posts in today.

Im a big supporter of a no lynch here though. When there are no obviously town people, its not going to just accomplish the inevitable. I do want ABs replacement to show up and read the thread first before we do anything. Also if we are no lynching, tomorrow is the massclaim and not today.

If we massclaim we dont nolynch pretty much period*

Mass claim followed by no lynch allows scum to make a optimal kill as they know everything (roles, action history, peoples views) as opposed to percieved role information and publicized views. Even if we massclaim, scum botches a claim and gets lynched, then we no lynch, scum STILL get the optimal kill scenario.

*I can think of a few situations where a no lynch work, but given flipped roles in this game I doubt one will occur.
