If you take off your scum sunglasses for a moment, you might agree that no early mason claim needs to be challenged because masons don't make it to end game - they are NK'd or are lynched if the scum doesn't NK. If one mason is lynched and flips scum, it's two for the price of one, so claiming mason is a failed gambit the moment the idea is conceived.
